The size of the room. The cleanliness and amenities. It was nice and quiet.

The check-in process provided by a person with a nametag which read "Fernanda" was atrocious. Fernanda provided minimal service and charged me an outrages amount (not the amount booked through booking.com). I reserved two rooms, she game keys for only one and refused to help in figuring out what the error was; I spent nearly an hour contacting booking.com and later I realized the error. I stepped up to the counter, she ignored me and pretended to help her co-worker who was assisting another guest. She finally game the keys for the second room and did not honor the price quoted and confirmed with booking.com. Every time I asked her a question she blamed booking.com for "miscommunicating" and told, not asked, but TOLD, me to call that boking site.

Overall this hotel was great, definitely would stay here again. The whole place was clean and modern, our room and bathroom were also very clean and well-maintained. Parking was plentiful and easy. The front desk check-in was seamless and the people were all fantastic answering our questions and even providing a complimentary toothbrush when we forgot one. Breakfast was also pretty good and had a nice variety.

Overall a great hotel but a couple of points that may make other people's stay better! Our bathroom room was missing hand soap. Also, the shower was pretty slippery at first, it eventually was better after a couple of showers but it seems like a cleaning product or something is left on it.

The staff warmly welcomed me, and were consistently excellent and professional. Facility was spotless, room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was delicious, clean and hygienic, and plentiful!

The in-room coffee was awful - I'd love to get a better quality coffee.

I love it here. It has an indoor pool, and the beds are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect!

The only thing I can say I wasn't 100% comfortable with was the bathroom sliding door. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

staff is super friendly. breakfast was awesome and room was very clean! i have not one complaint for this stay and that doesnt normally happen for other places i have been. kids were happy about indoor pool.

Everyone was very friendly and communicated to us what to expect upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast was really good considering that their breakfast kitchen is closed due to covid. Thank you to everyone :)

Breakfast organization was great. Everything was warm and fresh. Ac units work great.

I had requested a roll away bed but due to covid they did not provide one. Which was fine but please notify guess.

Very clean and nice with a large room available for breakfast or gatherings. Staff very helpful.

Pool was closed most of the 2 day stay.
