We chose a suite. Was very pleasantly surprised it came with a balcony and a wonderful view since we walked up to the front desk and just wanted a room. The grounds were very specious, clean and very convenient to walk from both our suite and the restaurant. Loved the prices for breakfast. We understand and expect to pay prices for food accordingly. Thank you you managed to serve us very good quality food at very good prices.

I would be hard pressed to come up with something we disliked. We are already planning a return to the property in November and also February.

The beachfront view was magical. The room itself was basic, bed, small table with 2 chairs, 3 drawer chest and a small TV. It was clean! No microwave, no fridge. Cannot recall if iron and iron board. But we were there for the view so it worked for us.

I had requested a wheelchair accessible room which they did not have available upon arrival. We agreed to a regular room which did fit a wheelchair into the bathroom and they gave us a chair/stool to use in the shower. It was OK for us but definitely a fall risk.

Wow what not to say about this resort I fell in love talk about a weekend getaway we came with our kids the rooms were beautiful we stood in the grand suite and the view was amazing the rooms were beatiful. We had hot water in the showers, The bed was super comfy. They have 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis, The Mango Margaritas are a must they are beyond delicious. They have a buffet with good food. the beach is close by you can ride horses on the beach or rent quads to ride on the beach so many things the night clubs are a short walk.

The staff were very helpful with everything from bringing the luggage up to cleaning service. I loved that they called to confirm the services you’d like to have completed in your room. I also felt safe with the level of care security took to monitor the hotel.

Just check in was kind of long. Then our patio furniture was a little older and had some damage, making it hard to lean back in.

My wife and myself enjoyed our stay . We loved the beach view that every room has and the facilities were great. We did like that the facilities were limited to hotel guests only, only because in resorts outsiders usually is the source of problems. The resturant was very good and the conciere was very helpful in helping us arranging transportation to the wine country Valle de Guadelupe.

Our room had several issues that needed to be resolved.

All night on Friday night someone with a walkie talkie was sitting with girls outside our room. Laughing and talking til 4am. I called the front desk over and over with no answer. Someone needs to watch the grounds and be at the front desk. We left with no sleep. It was evident that they were drunk and using the couches.

Room service was great and housekeeping was helpful. Everyone was friendly and eager to help.

Check in at the hotel was very slow and needs to be updated to modern standards. Taking a photocopy of my credit card made me uncomfortable and not good practice for the safety and confidentiality of the customer. Mexico is known for corruption so they management should be more confidential with credit card information.

close to stuff but on the far end of town! All inclusive style if you don’t like to leave the hotel.

some of the parts of it are closed up and or in disrepair. was down here in 2018 and the pool was closed then, apparently now they are repairing it 🤪 only took 4 years. However the other pool is open.

The location was great. the rooms were very spacious and very reasonable priced.

The beds were not very comfortable. The bedding was old, the pillows were gross. the tub in the bathroom was dirty as well.

Everything is walking distance, they have a bar/restaurant Everything in the hotel itself. Nice beach view.

Check in is a hassle, long lines. Beds are stiff as a board.
