The property is only a few minutes away from the border & about 6 minutes away from downtown. I like that the main doors to the building are locked at night time & require an access code to get in. There’s an Oxxo right around the corner, so we would go get our coffee there in the mornings, very convenient! Beds were comfy & it was an awesome space for us to stay.

Only thing I didn’t like was the road outside of the property. Too many dips & rocks. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable & a little dirty, but they provided sheets for it.

After reading a lot of bad reviews about the place I was not too convinced about staying, but it was a last minute booking and it was the few places still available, but I could say it really exceeded my expectations, the place was very nice from the inside, and the people were welcoming and helpful!

Check in was kinda confusing, I waited outside and saw a man and asked him to let me in and then I waited for a few minutes until someone else came with the key, however they were really nice and helped me with any questions I had. I didn’t see a receptionist, which maybe could had been an easier and faster check in if there were. Rather than that I think it was a really nice place to stay in and for the price i say it’s worth it!

I thought that it was super easy for a self check in even though I was showing up late at night. The instructions were very clear how to enter the front gate and your room.

Everything was good with the place except a little bit excess of straggler hairs around

Modern studio with beautiful windows for a nice breeze, comfy bed, beautiful tile in shower, had a fan, streaming TV, very reasonably priced, clean, found parking across the street.

No ac or hand towel, missing toilet paper holder (broken off wall), would be nice to have a mini fridge for cold drinks

Oliver is awesome We had a problem with the door opening but he solved it right away. In addition, he gave us great tips and advice on where to go in the city. We liked the accommodation.

That we were able to book the same day we checked in. Within minutes. Considering it was a last minute thing. My family and I needed to stay another night due to heavy traffic crossing.

Bath room and bed are too close to eachother.

The place and location is really good but the host or manager is really annoying she never answer the phone when I called her. She was always making complaint because we moved the chairs !!

The hosts, she is really annoying and she get into the apartment when I wasn’t there and she didn’t tell me nothing I realized Because the first night there was two heather’s and the next day was only one.

I liked how secure it was and a good prize for what I was looking for

That should be a lil bit more clean for example the couch looked dirty and blankets were stained

Private place, nice clean, my kids and I loved it. We enjoyed living there for 4 days, staff is very nice and helpful. Nice area, beautiful place fully equipped. I recomend staying there I would definitely rent the place again.

Limited parking and trash cans a little too small.

Location in the cleanliness.

Number 7 needs to have a another stool in the kitchen and when they have two waters they should have two cokes also. In the water and number 7 is cold most of the sometimes.
