My stay at the hotel was brief but overall pleasant. Although the room did not have air conditioning, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff—one team member promptly provided a small fan and assisted in making the room more comfortable by suggesting I open the window. Their attention and willingness to help made a positive difference in my experience.

My stay at the hotel was short but overall pleasant. While the staff was helpful—especially when assisting with a fan due to the lack of air conditioning—the room did have some drawbacks. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels were in poor condition. Additionally, the breakfast was just average. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff’s attentiveness made the experience more manageable.

The hotel was close to everything. Taco festival was going on at the Centro Cultural of Tijuana. That was a plus. Family event full of food and live bands. We enjoyed the bar at nights to wind down. The rooms although small very comfortable. I like the parking below the hotel. We felt very safe.We will definitely be back.

If you think you’ve had a lot of tacos and think you should take the stairs instead of the elevator….DON’T.. You’ll be stuck in the stairs. You can go in but once you get to your floor there’s no way in. The door requires a key .. an actual key not your hotel card key to go in to that floor.. and all floors. So then your at the 7th floor like we were.. then we had to come back all the way back to first floor and then take the elevator. Not cool if you’ve had a long day. We laughed about later.. no biggie for us .. traveling with a kid we had to make it fun!!

The Hotel was very uptodate and clean. Great location! Staff just seemed out of touch.

Greeting from staff. Also walked into the breakfast area and I was immediately stopped and asked if I was staying at the Hotel and then was asked what room number I was in. Didn't like how I felt my security was given up and was a bit embarrassing to be asked if I stayed there in front of everyone eating. I was the only one asked during that time-frame.

Excellent location, very convenient and close to medial clinics and good places to eat.

The rooms are small. My husband and I couldn’t walk at the same time crossing ways to or from the bathroom because the space left around the beds is narrowed for two people at a time. other than that, we liked this place and would stay again. Also, really nice employees serving you on the breakfast.

Rather small room, but that was all right, as I was traveling alone. Breakfast was good, though I was disappointed in trying to buy an evening meal. It seemed the kitchen was set up for serving only breakfast.

Check-in was clumsy and time consuming. There was no record of my booking. I found my record of it on my computer, which helped them to find it.

I liked the location of the hotel, near shopping centers and restaurants. It was very clean.

I didn't like the price! Also the AC unit is set in season weather, so I couldn't use it, they had to bring me a fan to compensate. I feel the price is a bit high. The room was tiny.

Love that it was so close to the border and the under garage parking! The staff and food was good! Appreciate the glass bottle of water in the room!

The restroom could’ve use some shampoo, conditioner and bar soap… it did have a one for all dispenser in the shower but was scared to put in my hair and make it dry. Just something minor not a big deal for me but was surprised. Overall I did enjoyed my stay! :)

Excellent location right across the street from Tacos Frank! If you know, you know. Close to everything you need and to the San Ysidro border crossing. The hotel is nice and clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it!

Central location close to Hidalgo Mercado, Oxxo next door that sells fresh espresso and lattes, Michelin star Tacos El Franc across the street.

Construction across in the building making noise and the windows were dirty so you could not see out clearly

Right in between Zono Rio and El Central. Great location right next to Mercado Hidalgo. Cleaner than most hotels in the area.

Staff is underwhelming. Super slow at the front desk. No working iron on the floor available.
