quick access to restaurants

the beds are uncomfortable and pillows were dirty

over all stay was great transportation service was awesome!

the young ladies at the front desk were rude really need to work on service skills oh, and she tried to keep my 50 dollar change I had to go back and ask for it she never apologized for trying to keep it

I did not partake of breakfast. the staff was very friendly however, they were distracted with other things before being attentive to me. there was something going on with them

I could have used another blanket. I wasn't told how to use the thermostat in the room so I was hotter at first and then was way cold.

Good location, across the street there is an Oxxo and a currency exchange place if you need some pesos. On the other side there is a Pampas if you are in the mood for a yummy dinner. Free parking at the hotel. They check your temperature upon arrival and have you sanitize. The checking in and out is an easy fast process. Free breakfast which were some eggs, refried beans and potatoes with orange juice and some pastries. We called it in and it was sent up to us in like 3 minutes.

They only give you one pillow and when you request more, it is not honored. We found some old snacks in my friends room, probably housekeeping forgot it there (it was some trail mix and a old banana) We went down to the lobby to report it and they said they would look into it. When we were checking out we asked if we could get a discount they didnt honor it :(

The hotel was the best I have got in tijuana, really clean hotel, the room was really clean, really nice staff, and great location next to allot of places to eat

Parking spaces are to tight, and the entrance has a big slope entrance, my car is stock and yet it still manages to scrape from the bottom bumper

Restaurants & store nearby.

Norteño club a block and a half away, but could be heard as if it was downstairs. We got charged $5 dollats for parking for not grabbing a ticket at the gate when we went into parking lot. Why do we have to get a ticket if we checked in and used the key card to get in the parking lot. That was your way in/out, using your room key. We argued, but he needed the five bucks more than I did I guess.

Good variety of food. The food tasted descent. I liked the fact that they kept refilling as soon as something ran out.

The parking was not tall or large enough for our 15 passenger van and we had to park farther away. I recommend thinking about large groups with large vehicles.

The breakfast was amazing with all the different choices of drinks. It was great.

We arrived a little earlier than check in time. They needed a little bit more time to finish cleaning the room. And their efforts to accommodate us they forgot to leave us clean towels, but they work hard to remedy situation.

My stay at this location was absolutely amazing the room was super clean the staff was there to help with anything I will be back from ok m here on out

How safe it was ,how wonderful the staff was the breakfast was just as wonderful there is nothing bad I can say and it was affordable even down to the bellman loved my whole stay .

Location is convenient. If you don't have a problem sleeping through the loud music from a close by bar, you should be fine.

Too noisy! Be prepare to stay up late or chose some else where you be able to go to sleep early. Breakfast is not what I would recommend. There are better choices around town.
