Good for pets! Location and staff were great. The courtyard is charming and the rooms do have all the basics plus great amount of TV for the extra chilly nights.

Noise levels from the street and courtyard were much higher than expected. Room was not as ready as it could be missing a top sheet on the bed and hot water was not turned on, but nothing that the staff wasnt able to correct. I would like to see more places to hang towels, etc in bathroom including some where to hang toilet paper. Oh and a shower mat or towel for the floor would be great as the room does get cold in the night. It was surprising to find out they have no heaters for the rooms not even in the winter.

The hotel is at walking distance to the city center. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice. We really liked the internal patio and the parking on site. Staff was helpful: if you ask they can suggest cheap options to reach the airport. Recommended it.

Great value for a super beautiful and spacious room. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The location is great right at the edge of centro, really quiet and private and a 10 minute walk from almost anything in town. The common courtyard is gorgeous with trees and lights. Huge comfy bed, hot shower with good pressure, private patio to do yoga.

pretty patio. very accommodating for pets. good parking. pretty close to restaurants and shopping. cold but gave us more blankets.

no hot water in shower and San Cristóbal is too cold for cold shower. our room was a little on shabby side. having a heater in room would help.

It is more a youth hostel without dorms. The stuff is very friendly and cool, the guests are an international mix, nice folks. The place has got a nice inner yard.

The basin in the bathroom wished to meet me closer o.O The organisation was a bit chaotic but in the end everyone was happy. I only expected something very different, like a Colonial style hotel. Not all the rooms are pretty like in the pictures.

Booked a King delux room. The shower was cold and constantly dripped water that splashed over the toilet seat and floor. Don't expect the king would have been pleased!!
