Traversing the route from the hotel to the city presents a challenge due to the absence of sidewalks linking the hotel premises to the nearest avenue that seamlessly ushers into the city. This inconvenience remains notable, despite the fact that the distance spans only about one quarter of a mile.

Great hotel outside the city center, 20-minute walk (but not with luggage, best to get taxi), or local bus with inexpensive fares. Very safe and quiet location. Swimming pool, tennis courts, gym. 5-minute walk to nice shopping mall, Soriana supermarket, some good restaurants, cinema. Hotel staff is very hospitable and accommodating, called taxi for me, gave good directions, suggestions and guidance. Buffet breakfast has great options including hot and cold drinks. Very good value! Note: SMA is hilly, lots of incline, decline which may be challenging to walk for certain people. Super good value!!!

A friendly suggestion- add more free weights (dumbbells, barbells) in the gym, maybe extend hours a bit. Thanks :)

The staff is really friendly. The pool is heated and amazing. It is not deep, so excellent if you bring kids. It is on the rooftop, and there is a bar to order food and drinks. The facilities are clean and modern. Rooms are large with AC. Bathrooms were nice and the shower was really good!! Comfy beds. TV where you can log in to your Netflix etc. Good wifi. They serve breakfast for a fee (200mxn adult and 100mxn for child), we didn't try it though. They had board games in the reception. Would come again!!

They had shampoo and soap in the bathroom, a shower cap as well, but no conditioner. I would suggest providing a good conditioner for the hair, especially because they have a pool on site.

The staff went above and beyond helping me locate my lost phone. Especially Carmen Barrera and another staff member. They were solely responsible for locating it after it fell out of my pocket in a taxi. Without their help I doubt I would have found it. They saved my vacation. They’re my heroes. All other staff were great too. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable

Modern hotel option with great facilities. Service is very good and staff are attentive and friendly. Overall one of the better options in San Miguel de Allende.

- Location is far from the town square but for some that might mot be a problem as long as you can pay for a taxi each time. - Bedside lighting is terrible given the lightbulbs are hung from the ceiling at a low height, and also this lighting has no shading thus making the room too bright when reading in bed. - Noise at night is an issue if your room is close to the elevator. - Breakfast option is as basic as it gets. Beans, eggs, very little fruit and terrible coffee. I ditched having breakfast at the hotel and decided to go to the town instead.

It's a brand new hotel, nice and clean, nice breakfast buffet, rooms are comfortable, plenty of room for storing clothes. Nice rain shower. Nice outdoor area for weddings, chapel, banquets. Modern decor with a Mexican touch.

The gym needs more machines and weights. It is not in the downtown area. It is close if going by car but not close enough for walking.

Comfortable bed, good hot shower in a brand new building with rooftop pool. Close to a shopping mall with a cinema that also shows movies in the original language (VOSE).

Location is only well accessible by car. If you don't have a car you can use city buses 8 or 9 but you still need to walk some 10 minutes, the last 5 of which along a poorly accessible verge next to a fairly busy road.

This hotel was amazing! The staff are extremely hospitable. One of the receptionists, Diana Bahena was extra kind and sweet when receiving us at 1 in the morning! Rodrigo from room service was very patient and quick! No matter how many times we ordered or asked questions, he attended us politely and with a smile. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Guanajuato.

Excellent modern hotel, great room etc but location was just out of town and a 45 min approx wall up a very steep incline from centre of town. Perfect if you are driving, otherwise taxis would be essential for most people and they are not too expensive, 60 or 70 peso. The hotel itself is worth spending the extra on transport

Just the location

The hotel was in a great location there was easy secure parking and it was a quiet area. It was less that a 15 minute drive to downtown and it was very easy to navigate to and from. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The lobby was decorated in a modern style and it felt luxurious. We had a room on the third floor and the view was great. The shower in our room was exceptional. We did enjoy our stay and overall felt that the hotel was very nice and would stay there again.

Before going to bed we did notice our blanket wasn’t as clean. It just appeared to be a stain from a washing machine and it didn’t look very fresh. To be honest though it wasn’t very noticeable and we still enjoyed our stay very much.
