Very nice staff, good and clean room. Breakfast that is included is great and has everything you need. The additional meals that you can buy are also very tasty and do not cost a lot. I asked to do my laundry and they took care of it, only costed me 90 pesos and was back the same day. The people working there are super kind and very helpfull. Location is close to the local market and bus stops from Zihua centre. Wifi was also working very well.

Everything was great, but if I need to point out anything it is that you don’t get a bottle of water in your room.

The hotel was very clean and within walking distance of the beach and the banks. The breakfast was great for the price we paid.

What I didn't like is that when I checked in the front office staff told me that I didn't have a reservation with them even when Booking.com confirmed via email. I showed them the reservation and they said that they weren't affiliated with Booking.com and that they couldn't recognize the booking. Fortunately one of my friends was arriving that afternoon and they were able to accommodate us all in one room for the night. I felt like this shouldn't have happened. I was lucky my friend had a reservation the same day otherwise I wouldn't have had a place to stay, so that was a bit frustrating.

EVERYONE on staff was super friendly and made my stay that much better (they would call me by name!). Shout out to Luis and Anna. Breakfast was great and in a lovely little patio room. The pool was a refreshing treat after a day in the sun. LOVED watching from the roof top terrasse all the birds coming out to feed. There were 100s!

There is nothing I can complain about regarding this place.

great location & cute colonial-style architecture. nice pool area. the continental breakfast was simple but good. we were impressed with the amount of English TV channels. I knew how, but it may help if there was a instruction page on how to change the audio language to English on available channels as my dad didn’t know that was an option for his room.

there is not much to complain about. perhaps the mattresses could use an upgrade. parking is off site & unlocked during the day but gates are always closed & it’s locked up at night. we were disappointed the coffee wasn’t better since coffee is cultivated & roasted near Zihuatanejo.

Anna on the front desk when we arrived was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and professional. and she speaks excellent English. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it is clean, safe, comfortable and cheerful. The location is great, just off the Central Market, just the right distance from the heart of the tourist core. Still very close to the beaches! Breakfast serververs wre very sweet and attentive.

Option for a fridge with charge would be nice, recycle your aluminum cans from rooms and garbage

Cute, boutique hotel in the heart of Zihuatenejo, centrally located for an authentic Mexican experience but still close to the beach and good restaurants. Secure, off-site but close by parking for our motorcycles. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast is pretty light and bland, so not a true B&B as their title suggests. You have to pay if you want more than toast or cereal.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Quickly make you feel at home. Continental breakfast was a perfect touch, fast, filling and good variety. Tried the menu breakfasts as well and tasted fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

The staff was very friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was refreshing.

There was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom. When you took a shower, the water would get all over the bathroom floor and was slippery.

The property is absolutely spotless, and it shows in the pride the staff have for it. Nothing is out of place or in need of repair. The staff is there to take care of your every need. the breakfast is light but perfect and the restaurant area very nicely done. The location was perfect for our week long stay and was very accessible for everything we needed.
