The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant and sports bar were amazing. Also, the gym was very clean and had a variety of great quality (Life Fitness) equipment 🙂, but the AC was off ☹️.

We reserved a king size bed, but were given a double bed upon arrival. I explained we needed a king size, per our reservation, but were told none were available. It was too uncomfortable to sleep in a single (full size) bed. So, my wife and I slept in separate beds during our stay 😒. Also, the AC had an auto-shutoff when we would leave the room. So, we would come back to a hot room.

EVERYTHING This hotel was beautiful, clean and friendly! The staff went above and beyond everytime even with small things like asking about the nearest pharmacy, they would print a map and draw the directions for us. The rooms were beautiful, we were able to get a room on the 10th floor that had stunning views over the city of Guadalajara. We had a few injuries and family members who required wheelchairs and the hotel let us borrow the wheelchair our entire trip. Breakfast had fresh fruit and eggs and beans and an assortment of other delicious veggies and goodies and was great for the price each morning! The pool is quite small however it was still fun to sit in for a while and the gym is very nice and has great equipment for use! Bathrooms are so spacious and have hairdryers, lotion, shampoo, razor etc! It was about 15 min from downtown Guadalajara but you can walk around the hotel down a few streets and find a whole strip of restaurants and ice cream shops and parks to relax at. Such a great stay!

The pool was smaller and a little dirty but that can be overlooked and is minor compared to the rest of the hotel!

Location is great , rooms feel modern and tasteful, friendly staff, comfortable bed, views from the room were amazing. Hotel offers plenty instagrams moments for a short stay. Also perfect for a business overnight stay, the room had a desk and chair well suited for that.

Nothing major really, although cleaning was very good and no concerns at all, bedroom and sheets and else are spot on, however we could feel a bit of dust on the floor, but it was dry and dusty outside, so it may more of a result of the environment outside.

the hotel is very nice outside of the noise and crowded centro de Guadalajara. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The food at the restaurant is not that great but a good alternative when you arrive late or an early morning trip. There’s not much food variety. The rooms very comfortable and very clean. In general we had a very good experience at the Baruk. I will stay there again.

I liked everything, just like the last time I was there 3 weeks ago.

It's not that I didn't like but I rather noticed a couple of things could be improved. First, the service at the restaurant was not as efficient as the last time, i mean, it was necessary to request for things 2 or 3 times to get them. And secondly, the water in little swimming pool didn't seem as clean as had liked.

I have to confess my expectations were completely exceeded by all the amazing environment and positive attitude I found in your hotel. I'm so glad I visited it. The atmosphere in the rooms,, add well as the food and the great service was truly outstanding.

I wish I had something to say here, but there's nothing bad I found there. I'm honestly surprised because I consider myself quite exigent.

The rooms were marvelous! They are pretty big and with everything you need. We liked the smart TV. The design is pretty nice. They have good space to work or even to eat there. Good A/C and coffee machine was acceptable with Lavazza coffee. The libanese buffet was good and the breakfast was good too. When we asked for switching to a different room they gave us a new one when work needed to be done in ours.

Several details like when we arrived to our room there was work being half way done with the courtains and a worker told us he needed the room to continue his work. Also when the valet parking guy returned our car it had scratches on the door, when we asked what happened, he told us the car was already like that. But we were 100% sure it wasn't. He helped removing the scratch with a special cream but it couldn't be removed entirely. At the libanese buffet if you are in a low budget ask for the price of the wine that is not in the menu, because it's offered to you but they don't tell you the price and one cup almost costs the price of the whole buffet price.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and zone was very safe.

We tried the buffet on a weekday and food wasn’t that good. Also there weren’t a lot of food options.
