The bellboy was helpful

When I asked the Gerardo at the front desk he was not helpful and just didn’t care to help. Instead the bellboy was more helpful than him. If he doesn’t like his job he should get a new one. I was just inquiring about the adventures to do in Guadalajara. I also when I check in I asked him to add an extra night but he never did and the whole time I was on my adventure the front desk kept harassing my mom by calling her every 5min. I finally had to call the hotel while I was on my adventure. Even though I asked Gerardo to add my credit card on file when I checked in. I think that was frustrating more than anything.

The pool temperature was great, the breakfast was ok, the room in general was great .. the parking was great too... In other words that's why my family loves it and as soon as it continues that way.. I'll continue choosing.

Regarding the Hotel by itself: - The mattress seems that needs to be replaced soon. Apparently my family and I noticed the same, in some areas of it it feels uncomfortable in comparison with our previous visit. At least the 2 beds in our room were the same. Room 702. Regarding Booking.com - I received an email from you guys that says about 10% credit promotion for future reservations if I complete the reservation by July 26th and spend more that 60dlls(captures included with dates and codes), however after I submitted the order, the system no longer accepted the code as valid even it was ordered within the promotion deadline. Could you please help me that out ?? Thanks in advance.

The location of the hotel was great, the welcoming area was open and easy to access. Parking was available and free with extra underground parking and very clean. The room was a very good size, clean comfortable and the breakfast made our morning starts a breeze. After our long exploring days the pool was warm and very relaxing. The staff friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommended and return to this location.

The breakfast was excellent. The gym had a very decent amount/variety of equipment; which is unusual for hotels. There were, at least, three benches available. Also, the gym provided water, towels, and items to clean the equipment. The room was equipped with iron and board. beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was separated perfectly. The toilet had its own door, the shower had a glass door that was actually functional. The concierge provided info for in-house PCR test, for my return flight.

The food available for room service was mediocre, at best. It was a great place to relax and chill during rain or extremely hot weather; however, no refrigerator was available and therefore it would limit the amount/type of snacks a person can keep in the room.

Nice and friendly staffs, rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice and warm, for the that love the evening swim.

The breakfast tickets. They should issue for the amount of guess in a room, that way each person can go when ever they choose. They have 1 ticket for the amount og guest per day

The breakfast is great! I also loved the location, it is a safe place for a solo traveler and it is close to many things in Guadalajara. It is clean and comfortable.

The staff is nice but when I checked in they didn’t give me any information about the facilities or services they offered, I kinda had to figure it out by myself. The room service says it is opened until 23:30 but after 22:00 they don’t pick up lol

Comfortable and very clean. Excellent internet connection - fast and very stable. Above average breakfast included in rate. Location near everything. Ample free parking. Security. Food quality and flavor was excellent too, with huge menu exceeding my expectations.

Terrible coffee. A bit inconsistent service : excellent from front desk staff, restaurant managers and housekeeping, but a couple less-friendly servers in restaurant. Pool is large but "hot tub" was not really very hot. Furniture in room is functional but looks dated.

Front desk and concierge staff VERY helpful. The concierge arranged our taxis and saved us 300 pesos each on our in-room COVID test, required for re-entry into USA. The room was clean and simple/tastefully decorated. Great shower/hot water and water pressure. Free bottled water in room. Excellent value.

Could have had an assortment of cheeses or some savory (not sweet) vegetarian option for breakfast. Pool was closed due to COVID.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

miss- communication about transportation. It created confusion when trying to schedule ways to get around. Alejandro did all he could but, needs to be more organize with the companies they work with for tours and others.

Excellent breakfast every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Restaurant open all day. Full bar. Josue, great bartender! Drinks made with fresh fruit! Best green apple martini ever, yummy cosmo and amaretto sour to die for.

I Ordered the steak for dinner, and was underwhelmed. My sister had a salad and loved it. Service a bit slow at dinner time.
