The food by the pool was very good, tasty and large portions

There was a lot of drunken locals around the pool at the weekends, as the hotel sold pool pass combos with drinks

Very nice and clean fascilities and location is excelent.

The need to use the room key to operate the elevator... the keys were getting deactivared constantly. Also the checking in process is awful, if arrive a few minutes before 3pm they give u a paper and then ull need to wait in line again after 3pm or so to give u ur room key. IDK why they claim their system does not issues rooms until after 3pm. Im sure that they have rooms ready.. just issues them instead of having a huge crowd of people waiting around....

very clean, friendly and attentive staff, amenities were great such as water in the rooms, beverages in the fridge, etc... great pool and staff. food and bar drinks were excellent. staff very responsive, friendly and helpful. also best shower I've ever had in the room.

mattresses were ok. old fashioned spring mattress. but there was no comforter. just a sheet and thin coverlet. it was cold so I needed a blanket. the blanket quality wasn't great. not plush. the water pressure in sink was low and the lighting was not sufficient. if you want to read or do work you'd be out of luck. and not enough outlets.

The city views are great since is the highest building in Guadalajara. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is soundproof (it is next to a busy avenue and hosts events during night, but you barely hear them). The breakfast buffet is quite varied with plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was too weak. We were on the 10th floor and most of days we barely had water pressure for a proper shower.

The Room and Bed were good, also the breakfast had a very wide selection and good quality. Staff support was outstanding.

The airconditioning was not working consistently (sometimes too cold sometimes not cold with the same settings) Unfortunately, the buildings around the hotel are closed and settled down so this is influencing the experience, and the environment/area is not so nice.

Room, But Tvs in room have to upgraded to Smart Tvs to be able to connect to preferred Media like YouTube from my cell.

Bar tender in Pool area has to know how to make Drinks Like Lobby Bar if Not they have to call and ask since we had a hard time getting a drink made and a hard time with this experience.

One of the best locations in Guadalajara, straightforward, convenient and safe access from airport. Well know location very close to well stablished residential and business neighborhoods and of course to the Expo-Guadalajara. Ideal for international travelers. The breakfast lunch is exceptional and provides both an varied international bar and a fantastic introduction to local dishes, if your are brave you will be rewarded!!!

Only minor detail, Guadalajara’s climate is rather mild-warm, and bit hot in the summer, therefore heating systems are non-existing in buildings overall, our arrival was on an exceptionally cold night, and my wife struggled with temperatures inside the room, even with the extra blanket found in the closet (provided by the hotel), may it needs to be thicker.

it was super clean and specious, the food was delicious and great room service, loved that we had extra towels, smooth check in and check put, stuff were super friendly we were on the 22nd floor and view was amazing

it didnt have a heater, the nights we stayed were a little cold and the extra blanket they gave us wasnt enough for the cold tvs were old and only has cable tv couldnt put netflix or youtube or any streaming services

Everybody in the family enjoyed the stay. Great location, clean rooms and the personnel very friendly.

I wanted to bill more expenses from the bar and from the convenience store to my room but I could not do it because my "credit was full". I did not leave enough money . This rule is weird. It suppose you will check out and pay what ever difference you over spent.
