I've been hosting here since 2015 (I "lived" here that year for a month), then I started to visit the hotel. The staff is kind, it's great value for the price, the place has plenty of space for parking lots and is secure. The location is great if you need to be around the zone of Plaza del Sol/Mariano Otero and you can either use your car or ask for an Uber - you need to be prepared to face the daily traffic of this area, and is usually complicated-. I worked here during the mornings and the internet speed is excellent. I want to thank everyone who made our time here pleasant.

My only suggestion is: this is the third time we need to ask for towels to the staff, it would be great if by default you could provide them, also the odor extractor inside the bathroom wasn't working - I told this to very amable guy from maintenance but he commented my at that time that the suites dealing with some remodeling jobs.

Overall nice location and room space, comfortable bed and nice shower.

The hot tub was hard to use due to the slow water flow to fill it up. The water was yellow and had dirt , like sand. I got charge 650:00 pesos extra for arriving an hour and a half early.Late check in time at 3 pm for someone that arrives early in the morning and have traveled all night., is very inconvenient.

Lovely rooms, super plush, clean beds. The location is very comfortable for walking. You can easily walk to the fountain of Minerva and there's a nearby mall. Breakfast was extra and a little bit pricey, but delicious and worth it. The dinner menu is small, but tasty and helpful if you're worn out and don't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and patient even though our Spanish is still poor. The pool is indoors but a bit small if there are many families staying, so we never swam. I would definitely stay here again.

There was construction on the building, but it didn't start until later in the morning, so it wasn't much of an issue.

Very clean room, well proportioned, spacious. Very comfortable bed. Great pool area.

Had to get a soft pillow from my family because their pillows were not soft enough for me. Breakfast not included in price. Shower mixer valve was damaged. They placed me in a sister hotel of considerably less quality for the first three days claiming plumbing issues, but I saw a busload of people arriving the same night I arrived. Guess they bumped me off to fit them in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and confortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and all the plants. The food is delicious, but it is not included.

There were not enough towels for all of us and we had to keep asking for more.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times now, it’s a great location, although on a Main Street, you don’t hear much traffic because of how deep the property is. There’s a small, heated pool that’s great for the kids with a grassy area nearby to run around in. The rooms are fairly basic, but comfortable, they’ve done basic updates over the years to to keep it looking relatively up to date, but you’re not getting ultra modern design or luxury here. For the cost, it’s about what I would expect, when you get the Genius discounts here on Booking.com. The restaurant is good, they have a buffet option but also menus, we’ve found that the menu is a bit better of an option as the food comes out fresher.

Wifi is terrible. Unacceptable for a upscale facility. If I needed to work online I’d choose somewhere else, like the Holiday Inn just up the street. Also, the bed pillows are too hard, like they’re filled with sawdust. The mattresses are comfortable, however.

We love this hotel so clean comfortable and all at a great price. We stay anytime we get a chance to go too Guadalajara! The restaurant makes very flavorful dishes at a good price.

If you complain about this Motel you better stay home.

This place is always clean, and well kept. The way this place was designed reminds me of some of the resorts I find by the beach, so this is a beach hotel in the city.

The only problem is that some people stay us partying—sort of— in the green area later than allowed, being loud and drinking. It’s very frustrating when trying to sleep.
