My wife and I are in our seventies and on booking I had requested a quiet room. Although the Hotel is located on a very busy road, our junior suite was very quiet. It was very clean and the hot water supply was excellent. For us the location was perfect. The Inn is located half way between the airport (an easy ten minute walk) and the Primera bus station (another 10 minutes ) in the morning.

Breakfast could have had a bit more Variety. what was there, scrambled eggs, frioles, and pinas was fine. There may have been more variety earlier, but we slept so well, that we just made the ten clock deadline. The coffee was good.

It’s a very cool idea. I just had to go sleep in a sea-can. The roof top was magnificent; lounge chairs indoor and outdoor. Despite it’s location to the airport, the sound was only heard momentarily from the roof top. The free breakfast was mainly traditional local food which was delicious. For those that need their Fruitloops, they had those too. I had a positive experience over all. Thanks to all who made that possible.

There was an odd ‘pump’ sound? It came on frequently but was better when I closed the bathroom door. Also, I love walking and leaving the Inn set me either on the overly fast dangerous highway or the back streets. When I discovered the back way, I did end up using the back streets as it was quiet and liked how friendly the locals were. A bit dusty in parts. Unfortunately this site would not let me upload my pics.

Excellent mattress. Nice faux wood flooring. Tasteful. The water closet is private - smart. The maids on 2nd floor are sweet. The front desk kindly provided an extra blanket. The balcony was welcome. The location is ideal if traveling by car from other parts of Mexico. Liked having a parking space.

If you are not Mexican and do not have a Mexican bank account it is complicated to make reservations. It took three days of phone calls to different folks to learn I could pay by PayPal as this hotel does not trust Visa cards from Booking.com. And they insist you pay ahead (no refunds allowed). I was looking forward to taking a bath in the tub but the water was turned off. After a long 6-hour drive it would have been helpful. I booked the room because of the tub. There was a baby or young child who cried for an hour next door. My colleague heard a yapping dog next door to his room so it was hard for him to relax and sleep. No restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. We came from Sayulita to Puerto Vallarta for a night because we had an early flight, and this hotel is very close to the airport, which was super convenient. The room was clean and bigger than we expected. The staff was helpful in telling us how to get downtown and which bus to take back, and they stored some leftover food for us which was nice. Breakfast was good. There's a highway crossover to a bus stop right outside the hotel, so getting to the bus stop was really easy in the morning. It's a 2km walk or so to the airport so the short bus ride was helpful with all our luggage. Overall it was a great place to stay when we needed an affordable hotel near the airport.

Staff were helpful and polite, and several staff members spoke English. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was super good! The towels are fantastic! Clean, soft, super absorbent, very impressed with the towels! The roof top patio is nice, there's outside and inside seating with tables, and there's washrooms on the roof top. The city bus is available right out front. Taxi from the airport was $100MXN, I gave $40MXN for a tip. Bus to Wal-Mart was $10MXN, cab ride back to hotel was $100MXN, I gave $50MXN tip. I enjoyed my stay, I'd definitely stay here again.

The bathroom tap didn't quite reach the sink, so a little water flowed onto the counter. Easy to wipe up, but odd construction, like the tap is too far from the sink. That was certainly not really a negative, just odd.

We slept in too late so missed the breakfast (closed at 11) but we heard from a friend that it was very good. The location was perfect, close to the bus depot and airport. There is a family- run taco stand/restaurant around the corner, a couple of blocks away, where we had pozole the evening before, which suited us perfectly. The room wasn’t large but it was all we needed and such a unique place to stay overnight before our flight.

Very interesting building. The roofop terrace was lovely we watched the sunset with snacks and wine. Then spent time in the morning reading on the lounge chairs. Breakfast was very good.

Didn't seem to be many services nearby. We planned ahead and bought snacks and wine for the evening. The rooms are quite small, only window was small and into the hallway.....my husband felt a bit claustrophobic but enjoyed the terrace. No hot water to shower

Asked the front desk for a cab to the airport but she said no one would come, I'm assuming cause it's a pretty short trip. Took 4 seperate times on Uber to get anyone to come, so definitely a major downside that the hotel can't even get you a cab to the airport.

It was economical and a cool concept. They have a great breakfast included and the staff were very accommodating in storing our luggage due to a flight delay. We had to book an extra evening and went for the deluxe suite which for the extra money was well worth it. We discovered a couple of restaurants just around the corner if you take the first street turning right as you leave the hotel. Jaguars 7 has good food and cheap beer!! Hotel also has a rooftop lounge area

The only reason I gave it a 9 was it was a little claustrophobic for us.

The breakfast by Hector in the morning was sublime and the walking distance from the airport was super convenient. The front desk were friendly and helpful as well. All in all good value for the money. The walk is about 17 minutes over some "rough" sidewalk from the airport.

The couch in the room had some (white) stains on it, and the bathroom sink design was laughable.
