This was our second stay in this nice hotel (oct/20 & oct/21). The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped. Personnel was responsive to our demands and always very polite. We were during low season and for our great pleasure the hotel was quite empty and we could find the peacefulness we were looking for. There is also a nice swimming pool where we could relax sometimes. This is really a top ten hotel that could be even better if one could listen only to the music of nature that surround it.

Well, the only thing I find negatif about this hotel is that in the swimming pool, the hotel have speakers to play their music, and that is not the real problem because it's generally a quiet music and not very loud. But the real problem is that they let guests also bring their own wireless speakers in the swimming pool area to play their music, and generally is neither a quiet nor a nice music. Besides, it happened to have more than one guest playing their music with Bluetooth speakers. And to have several speakers playing different musics in the same place, one can imagine how peaceful it can be. This should not be allowed. One can use a headphone if one wants to listen to its own music when in a public place.

My husband & I loved our room, the Royal suite! it was definitely a large room, with a little kitchen & large bed. It had a great view of the property & pool. The royal suite also had a private stairs, private entrance, large closet space, mini fridge, large chaise chair, large tv, safe, kitchen sink & little stovetop. The room even smells nice when you walk in. You can hear bird sounds for a relaxing feel. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included in our rate when we booked on Booking.com. There were a lot of choices on the menus. Everything was designed very beautifully & aesthetically pleasing. It was nice that the pool was heated & we enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. The outdoor space has string lights for a peaceful look. We also appreciate the communication from the hotel in regards to check-in. We arrived at 9:30 pm, & communicated that to the hotel months prior, & they were very accommodating to our check-in time & getting us access to our room after-hours.

I do wish this hotel was adults-only. I realized that it wasn’t once we got there & there was a young family with 2 little toddlers that were a bit loud everyday & would run around. It was a bit difficult to relax outside because of that. That is my fault though for not checking if this was an adults-only hotel when booking.

Excellent staff. This is an old condominium project that was turned into a hotel. Great, if you have a family. The rooms are huge, but a little overwhelming if you are traveling alone. Not bad, just cavernous. Breakfast was fun, poolside. And obviously, this works great as an overnight hotel for the airport. About 10 mins or less from airport.

Rooms are a little cold feeling. Concrete floors with vinyl tile. The food options are very limited for the evening. Anything is about a 20-minute walk away. Nice neighborhood though. Dog barking in the evening can get old.

We got the Wild Studio with Outdoor Bathroom and it was really amazing. It's better than in the pictures and perfect for couples. Bed is super comfy and WiFi fast and reliable (the room has its own modem). Good AC and cleaning. Breakfast was ok.

Just few minor things. There is no a desk, so if you need to work you need to use the coffee table. The ceiling fan is loud but you don't actually need it if you use AC. The neighborhood could be a little bit noisy (airport and some dogs) so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs.

The hotel was an oasis in the midst of a quiet neighborhood right off the marina. The courtyard, pool and restaurant were impeccably maintained with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere you looked. We loved lounging at the pool and ordering delicious cocktails and food at the restaurant right off the pool. Everything we ordered was delicious. You must try a strawberry daiquiri and some guacamole, while lounging by the pool. If you are going anywhere else in the area, this is a fun place to kickoff your journey as it is very close to the airport. The staff was very accommodating and let us hang out at the pool after check out while we waited to be able to head further down the coast.

it was beautifully decorated and the reception staff, Eugenia was especially lovely and helpful. The rooms were big with a very modern and well equipped kitchen. T the bed was very comfortable. Good shower. The pool side bar and restaurant had well priced drinks and delicious food. It was located in a up scale residential area with wide sidewalks and easy flat walking to the Marina with the closest big resort being Casa Velas. I had a lovely dinner there and felt safe walking back to San Tropico.

Nothing really! I knew it was very close to the airport and planes would be flying overhead and this was not really a problem at all except for afternoon flights. it was quiet at night.

Lovely hotel. Apartments are very spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you need. The pool is beautiful (so warm!) and food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff were helpful too. We'll be back!

The location is near the marina, approx 20-25 mins taxi from the malecon/main drag. Fine for us but others may like to be closer to the action as you need to take taxis everywhere.

We were blown away by how amazing the unit was here! Super cleaning services and very comfy beds, amazing stocked kitchen, great balcony. We had great sleeps here, it's very quiet. The grounds are beautiful with the pool and we enjoyed the house restaurant/bar for lunch and drinks. You also have access to laundry machines if you need.

The only thing we didn't love was the location - if you don't have a car it's not close to anything. We took ubers to the marina though and that was fine. Also there was some construction going on within the courtyard that we didn't know about prior to booking, so a bit of noise.

Fantastic oasis of relaxation. Bedroom were huge and comfortable. The living room was really comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic! Having a restaurant and bar onsite is genius! We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning and burgers for afternoon snack. Super convenient for long days when you don’t want to go out for dinner. Spotless pool and pool deck. It was such a great hotel to come back to after a long hot day.

The proximity to the airport was fantastic if you are just getting in or departing early the following day. The boutique style accommodations were quirky and charming. And the on-site bar and restaurant was wonderful! I wanted to try every single smoothie!

The wifi did not work. It was just too confusing to understand how to connect to the spotty routers. But if you’re here to disconnect, this is not as much a problem.
