Free water and iced coffee 24/7 Walking distance to the airport even with bags Restaurants close by A few English speaking channels on tv It was very quiet - we both slept great!

The breakfast was a little basic but honestly for the price we would not complain, it was great value for money and started our day for us!

The Breakfast was very good but could use some bacon for the Canadian Visitors, Room was clean but could use larger towels for when you use the pool. close to the Airport within walking distance which is great.

The room door in 315 only opening partial way due to the door stop. I hurt myself coming into the room which lasted 3 days The blind was torn so it could have been repaired but not a majot issue getting hurt was not good.

Very convenient location walking distance from the airport. Had I had more time I would have used the very nice looking swimming pool. Photo is view from hallway window.

This was my first stay in Mexico so maybe it's normal, I don't know but I was shocked that in a five story hotel building the stairs were not available! One could enter the stairway but the doors to the other floors were all locked from inside. The only exit was into a fenced off storage area. I felt a bit claustrophobic.

Clean, convenient to airport, efficient, good basics, good breakfast included to start my day. Great place convenient to the airport for arrival or departure and not the place I would chose to spend relaxing days in the ambiance of Puerto Vallarta. Great for my first night arrival in PV.

It met my expectations, clean, neat, cordial, affordable.

The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean, and of course location excellent . The attentive staff just a phone call away .

Perhaps an upstairs apartment where the bedroom window opened. I do understand on the ground floor facing the street this was not possible But a minor inconvenience

Near enough to airport so that you could walk there with luggage. Breakfast was generous and tasty with the server friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. Had a nice outdoor pool and terrace. Nearby eating experiences of good quality. Price was exceptional so good value for money. Very suitable for an overnight stay.

Room was very small and warm and the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Otherwise no other issues.

hot breakfast was great the hotel is within walking distance to the airport lots of hot water in the shower good internet in the room

our room was freshly painted and smelled of paint the garbage can in the bathroom hadn't been emptied the floor hadn't been swept well one more towel would be good

Breakfast was amazing! So good! And the main reason we booked was only because it was close to the airport. It ended up being close to a lot though. We were able to walk easily to a marina with nightlife and great food. This place turned our delayed flight night into a wonderful experience.

Rooms are small but clean and beds comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t answer to that. I was pleasantly surprised that we were accommodated with a special request because my husband wasn’t feeling well, thank you very much for that.
