The hotel is excellent and well priced in a great location. Staff are really helpful. I have stayed here a lot over the years and the quality has remained consistent. Good fitness room too.

The restaurant is dreadful. Based on our experience they need a cook who can do just that. We were served frozen prawns (which can make you extremely ill) and a salmon that was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. The manager didnt seemed too fussed - I would have sacked the chef on the spot for putting customers at risk - but that's me. Shame as everything else is excellent.

The hotel is old but very well maintained. It is very clean. The staff were polite and attentive. A door man came to our taxi as soon as we arrived the hotel. The check-in was smooth and quick. The room had an extra hand towel without me asking. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. I also enjoyed the city view from my room, thank you! They answered my question quickly after my booking. Overall, I felt the hotel management and the staff were working hard to provide the best service to their guests.

The hotel is old. The towels were old. The shower room was small and the shower pressure was a bit weak. The street noise can be loud. But those things were insignificant.

Location was bit remote than I thought. There were couple of good restaurants within the vicinity, but I felt bit deserted. 7 eleven was just meters away and it was particularly helpful for morning coffee. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms. I tried one meal (dinner) as I was too tired to go out that day. Food was tasteless and barely edible. Do not recommend dining here. Staff was friendly and helpful. They speak English. Hotel was quiet hence a good night sleep was assured.

We loved the location and the close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. We also thought the hotel itself had a very funky design, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

I wouldn’t say that we didn’t like the property… But we did have some confusion around the breakfast being included. We thought that the breakfast would be the buffet, but it wasn’t. It was a particular option. The servers in the restaurant did try to communicate it, but our Spanish wasn’t strong enough to understand. I think the only thing I would change is to let people know when they arrive thought that’s how the breakfast works.

Excellent location! So much to do in the general area. Even went to a concert a few blocks away. The wait staff was amazing and always Ontop of everything. The breakfast was good and nicely presented. All the food, that we had, was delicious. The bar was a nice place to relax and get a few drinks. Every member of staff was nice and accommodating. Will be returning

Only 3 hangers in the room, a communal iron that you had to borrow for 15 minutes at a time, and no ironing board. That’s my only complaint, everything else was amazing

Clean rooms, comfy bed and lovely staff. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants nearby.

Rooms with a window facing the street are noisier than the ones facing the back of the building. However we were given another room when we asked. A kettle in the room would have been nice but it doesn't seem to be usual in Mexico.

Lovely hotel, clean and great location. Based in Roma near great restaurants, bars and parks. Easy to get to the centre and a much nicer stay than in the centre.

Fairly noisy as near a main road if that bothers you. They provide earplugs though. Not the fastest wifi. Would also be nice if there was a water fountain to refill water bottles rather than individual bottles - would save plastic.

I tihnk it was an icredible value; the room itself was quite basic, with no bar or amenities other than a working television, but the internet wa superb, and the staff cleaned my room every day, leaving me fresh towels toiletries, and most improtantly, bottles of fresh water. The AC worked, and the front desk staff was helpful. Morning coffee was delciious! The hotel is ultra-convenient in terms of public transit access -- the metro, bus, and tram were all litrally steps from the front door.

Well, there could have been a coffee maker in the room. It was at a noisy location, by a busy avenue, so sleeping with the window open was impossible.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar were very good and reasonably priced. Gym was very decent for a city hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like about my stay at this Hotel. Perhaps having a refrigerator in the room may have made the stay more comfortable. Physical room service menu may also be useful for people without a phone.
