The location is perfect for us, coming from Uruapan and needing to be near Soledaridad. It's just a few minutes away and the hotel is surrounded by a park. We enjoy the pool and reserve the courts for an hour to play tennis. The bar brought us drinks out by the pool during our last stay. The buffet breakfast is amazing! I had work videoconferencing and the WiFi was perfect. My husband wants to buy a mattress like the one at the hotel. My kids also like the bathtub in the room. We keep coming back here to stay and it's our go-to spot when we have events in Morelia.

Our room the first night had a faulty air conditioner and was unfortunately on the sunny side of the hotel. We requested a change to the other side on our second night and it was perfect! The pillows are a bit overstuffed/firm for our tastes.

I liked that property is situated in a very convenient location, on the corner of two major avenues. Nearby, you will find shopping, dinning, hospitals, pharmacies. It is in front of a convention center so there is always security nearby. I also liked that there is parking on site. The kids loved the pool, my wife and I enjoyed the live entertainment and some of the dinning options on site. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the room service was great. Staff was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our time fully and retreat at the end of the day to a great night sleep. This is our go to from now on.

The property is very secure and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Theresa did an AMAZING job cleaning the rooms and was always very happy and friendly. The gentlemen downstairs were quick to offer assistance with baggage and were always so welcoming. The staff here are incredible!

No refrigerator in the bedroom, however they do have ice to keep beverages nice and cool.

This place is our home away from home! We love the pool, grounds with open green areas, excellent location off the periférico, secure parking. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are excellent! I work online and can complete my videoconferences using the hotel Wi-fi without any glitches. My kids look forward to using the pool. The ice on 2nd floor keeps our drinks fresh and cool. We love it!

Clean, good location.

The staff does not follow or enforce the rules. By the time of my stay, face mask is still required indoors, many guess don't wear them, some of the staff near the reception don't wear them properly or take them off, even with people nearby. Maybe they are already tired of these rules, however it was still required indoors; hotels are the king of places were this should matter the most. Non smoking rules are not enforced property either; I saw staff and guess smoking near the main entrance, even if there were technically offside, they were still to close and you can small the smoke while leaving the hotel. Guess smoking could be tougher to control, but staff is a simple no.

i ordered Chicken wings by the pool they were Delicious orderd them next day NOT the same . The replaced my order with Delicious sandwich and fries with some good tasting strawberry ice cream i’m a HAPPY MAN AGAIN

The elevators. For the amount of guest that are there, one elevator does not suffice. Along with that a convention at the time, did not make it any easier. Also I had a Brocken safe box that they did not repair, I was forced to carry a large amount of cash with me.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, wonderful pool, well-kept and pleasant temperature, beautiful garden, large rooms, very good WiFi, and great location. Right next to the hotel there is a red colectivo, line 1, for 10 pesos in 10 minutes to the center and around the corner, a gray colectivo, line 1 to the bus terminal.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices; Covid restrictions had staff serve your plate; there was indoor/outdoor seating since weather was warm. Bar area was separate, cozy and music in evenings. Excellent pool, tennis and well manicured landscaping. Across from front door was Convention Center & across the street was a mall & grocery store (Walmart). Water was provided in room.

No refrigerator or microwave available at all, I would've liked an in-room fridge! Body towels & hand towels provided, but No wash cloths.

I ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS AT THE POOL THE WERE GOOD SO I ORDERED THEM AGAIN AND THEY WERE NOT AS FRESSH !!! BUT THEY WETE GOOD AT REPLACING THEM WITH WHAT I ORDERED AND GAVE ME A FREE STRAWBERRY SUNDAY IT WAS DELICIOUS 👌🏽
