Every person on the staff made me feel welcome and took care of my every need. From front desk to kitchen to spa services, best vacation ever!
Stairs are a little difficult for me, but I felt safe because they helped. Everything was perfect -- no negatives.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very nice except when I ordered onion soup they didn't have any. There are a lot of stairs, which is to be expected but the lighting near the stairs was not very good, and because I'm older my eyesight is not good in the dark. I would definitely stay there again.

Love the breakfast, love the room, but what I love the most room was confortable but the beautiful view of the city of the room I had, very good experience

Large room with comfortable King bed. Very clean and ample amenities. The older gentleman that helped with bags & parking and cleaning staff were very friendly.
Office staff was not very welcoming. They offered no info regarding the on site restaurant or facilities and seemed to be bothered by our check-in.

I booked a room with hot tub but when I arrived the staff told us that they couldn´t gave us that room because it was no longer available but I already payed for it! Really bad logistics and service!
