Nice little hotel, great location but still within walking distance to everything you need. Clean and large rooms with good shower, hot water and great wifi. The staff is very friendly, allowed us an early check-in, arranged a taxi to the airport and checked-in regularly with us to ensure our stay was comfortable. definitely recommend this place.

may be a minor point but since there is no onsite breakfast option or a kitchen, a tea/coffee making facility in the room would be nice as I prefer a hot drink to start the day and not always possible to go down and climb back bunch of stairs to the nearest cafe.

I really liked staying here. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, AC worked well. Staff were very nice and helpful, and spoke enough English that we didn't run into any problems. I didn't see a single bug, not even a mosquito, in my room. Conveniently located to the adoquin, supermarket, restaurants, beach, shops, etc. I could walk to literally everything I needed.the view from the balcony was great and I loved the hammocks The neighbors are quiet, and it's on a quiet street. There's a busy road just uphill but I didn't really hear it.

One night there was a concert on the beach and the sound traveled up (not their fault!) but when I closed my door and window it was pretty muffled.

Very well situated hotel in close proximity to all the beaches, stores and dining options. If you want to avoid the touristy places in Zicatela but still wanna be close to the action - this is the place for you! I honestly preferred the beaches, beach clubs and food here and towards Playa Carrizalillo over Zicatela. Better food and better prices plus a little more low key. They hotel itself is well maintained with clean rooms and facilities, good Wi-Fi, a nice rooftop with amazing views and small, but good pool. Staff is very helpful and friendly! I had the room with a kitchen, which was nice (even though I didn't need both beds). If you have the opportunity, try to get the room with the balcony and pool view. Then you have a private balcony and views over the ocean as well. I'd definitely come back here again!

This is not even a minus, but I think the hotel has even more potential. A bar on the rooftop with some simple breakfast/dining options would make this the perfect place to stay at!

The hotel area is spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool was great and clean. The patio was amazing with great views, comfortable couches and hammocks. I enjoyed sitting there in the evening while sipping wine. The hotel has a great location within walkable distance to grocery store, bank, beaches, and restaurants. The staff and amenities were amazing. I will certainly come back to this hotel again!

This is such a great hotel! Diana, the owner, was so great - so personable and caring! She connected with us on WhatsApp when we were checking in so we could message her if we needed anything!! The hotel itself is nice and small, really clean and quiet! The rooftop terrace is lovely with amazing views! The hotel is centrally located so it’s easy to walk to many of the beaches, restaurants, stores etc. or easy to take a quick taxi ride.

one of the best hotels in the area hands down. the staff was great. the room was comfy. the pool was nice. the view was great.

the wifi connection did not work very well, but to the hotels defense, it was the same thing all over town. the location was a bit far from Zicatela, but not ridiculously

We loved this place! It was so clean and had a nice view. The owner and staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating, like seriously made us feel like friends. The location was perfect, we could comfortably walk to almost anywhere in town and the few locations that were far away we easily caught a ride to from a nearby road.

We would have liked a coffee pot, based on a conversation on our last day, I think if we'd asked for one they would have provided it. I would say just tell the owner or one of the staff if something isn't to your liking and they will try to help if they can.

There is a chilled out retro vibe at this hostel on account of it being set a little way from the main beaches and party. It is colourful and there are plenty of places to sit and meet others from the hotel. There’s lovely views over zicaleta especially at sunrise. the pool is a nice way to cool off and relax with the others in the hotels. It is only a short cab or a walk away from the main beaches and there are plenty of decent restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms have Everything you need for your stay and are perfect for two people. there’s also a water cooler to fill up your bottles which is always a nice touch!

Comfortable hotel. Nice comfortable beds. Good AC unit and ceiling fan.

Lots of rules that make it feel unwelcome. List on the bathroom door, booklet on the nightstand and posted signage out by the front door and pool. They charged to use credit card to pay room. Lack of regular tv, only Netflix and YouTube on a Smart TV. Lack of curtains so the room is never dark because of outside lights. Not a lot of water in shower. This hotel is up by the main road, so expect lots of stairs to get down to the beach area and no taxis come by. Got to walk up a hill to the main road to flag it down! Lack of good food / coffee shops/restaurant nearby.

I loved everything about this facility, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help!! I would stay here 100%.
