We really enjoyed staying at Selina. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved the different areas that were available for swimming, relaxing, watching the sunsets or doing some yoga. There are activities for everyone which is awesome. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice as well. We would come back.

I would suggest a longer shower curtain so the water doesn’t go over the floor and around the toilet and stay there as there isn’t a window. also more cups and mugs in the shared kitchen would be great otherwise everything else was so nice.

Good communal places for lounging, two pools, full restaurant/bar. Large room to hold luggage if arriving earlier than check-in time.

The showers didn’t feel very clean. There aren’t enough hooks/shelves to hold personal items while showering. The bathrooms also didn’t feel very clean. They offer bath towels for a small deposit which you later get back when you return the towel, but they didn’t have any clean towels when I checked in, so I had to figure out where to buy a towel in order to shower after a long day of travel.

INCREDIBLE property, we were blown away by the perfect sea views everywhere you look and hearing the waves crash morning to evening. It’s literally a 1 min walk to the beach however it is a long walk to the popular La Punta and next time we would hire a scooter. Our small private room had a sea view which was amazing and once you step outside all the communal areas was super nice and tranquil with hammocks, bean bags and loads of areas to lounge around in. I tried the yoga which was nice and the setting was beautiful. There’s lots of free activities included which makes it a great value for money. Highly recommend for the views and settings alone. We couldn’t fault our stay and don’t let the negative reviews sway you as it nearly did us!

The room is small and there’s not many places to store your clothes.

The location is very nice, the view from the hammocks extraordinary. Nice areas to hang out.

It‘s a decent Selina, but I have already experienced nicer ones. The bathrooms were not very clean, a lot of party people at night keep you awake. The staff at the reception is not very helpful. I asked how I could travel to Oaxaca and they could not really help. It‘s probably the most obvious and frequently asked question and they should at least be able to explain you the two different possibilities of over night bus (longer) and mini van (shorter but very bumpy ride). In the end it I decided against the Selina at my next stop in Oaxaca and was very happy with my decision.

The staff were friendly, services kept clean and tidy and activities going on each evening.

One night, I ordered a cocktail at the bar, and the guy didn't serve me. He acted like he would and then went onto a group of girls. I waited 10/15 minutes as the service on cocktails in the evening was generally slow anyway, but as I'd waited so long gave up and went and got a couple of cans of beer from my dorm... I figured it would save me money anyway...

Great location, with 2 pools to cool off and friendly and helpful staff. They have several types of rooms for all budgets and they are all well maintained and clean. The a/c and wifi worked great. Coffee shop in the front has great food too. The wellness area and the library have the best view and breeze. I hanged out there quite a bit.

Second stay at Selina in Puerto and simply loved my stay. Amazing place, view, facilities.. would choose it again for my next stay!

A/C in the dorms is very cold and you can’t control. I was in the bed just in front of it and really had to put layers on me. Leave the remote controller to be used at discretions of the people sharing the dorms.

I love the place , the localization , the people there, the events, the free yoga classes !! everynight there is something going on . this spot is perfect for solo travellers. good wifi, a lot of digital nomads are there.

showers can be renovated. (3rd floor) be ready to climb the stairs if you’re on the 3rd floor ! 😁 but it can be your workout of the day 😉 the girls at the reception were not really friendly and welcoming when I arrive and they didn’t show me around, I had to figure myself

The air con is managed by the front desk and there is a standard temperture for the rooms. Therefore during night can get a bit chilly and they only provide with one thin bed sheet

Location, breakfast, and facilities very good the breakfast was included in my reservation and was really , really good.

There was no paper in the bathrooms and they were dirty. They charge 300 pesos / 15 Usd a day for coworking, I think the costs are a bit exaggerated.
