It is very close to the beach, they have parking and it's enclosed with a gate, staff was very friendly. It's nice that they have a water dispenser in floors 2 and 3 with cold and hot water which is very helpful to refill your water bottles and make coffee or tea because they also have coffee and tea bags in the reception area. The pool is nice and the top floor has a terrace to see the sunsets with tables and 2 hammocks, there is also a small store right around the corner.

They gave us a roof in the top floor (there is 4 floor levels) but they don't have elevator so carrying luggage up and down is a hassle specially with the stairs which are narrow on the turns. It is also far from restaurants. You can walk to the malecón but its about 20 minute walk or there are a couple of restaurants that deliver for about 60 pesos.

I really liked staying here. It was really clean and the staff was super nice and helpful! Would definitively stay again!

There was no hot water and a coffee machine would have been nice. I stayed on the ground floor so I could always see and hear people in the pool next to my room. / It’s quiet a walk into the town… on a hot day that’s pretty exhausting.

Very clean, big room, very close to the beach, nice staff, street parking available, comfortable beds. Room was cleaned every day, hot water.

Very bed internet connection impossible to work and even watch a movie. There is no place to put wet shoes from the beach or sandy towels outside the room, so everything gets really messy, but they do clean every day.

I got a big room on the ground floor, right across from the pool. It has a nice writing desk, a thing I had asked for in advance. The bed was large and comfortable. A sliding glass door to the pool are is the main access point. The AC worked well and on it's quiet setting easy to sleep with. Since there is no sealing fan to circulate air I kept it on all night, occasionally turning it off. The staff was friendly and helpful and so was the owner Daniel.

The lighting in the room is not ideal for reading, nor does it make such a large room feel cosy. Shaded reading lamps on or near the night stands, or above the headboard of the bed would be nice.

Everything was perfect! We had a room upstairs with the most amazing view of the beach. The location is very convenient in a quiet street right between la Punta and Zicatela, so everything is easy to reach within walking distance (or a short taxi ride away). All the staff was really friendly and the room will be cleaned daily if requested. Thank you for making our stay so lovely, we highly recommend this place to everyone!

Room was incredibly spacious, bed was comfortable and very sizable. Reliable hot water. Good air-conditioning.

WiFi was poor in room and would regularly disconnect or too weak to load anything. Location is a bit out of the way, not necessarily close enough to La Punta or Zicatela.

Spatious, clean rooms with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff was friendly. Many complain about the location, but if you have a scooter, it's actually pretty great. Otherwise everything is kinda walkable, but not something you'll wanna do a lot.

Wifi was flaky. Room interior quite basic.

location was great! right across the street from the beach, there was a convenience store next door, 2 restaurants within a block, and about a 15 minute walk to the more crowded parts of PE

Great location ..just steps to the beach. Interesting collection of art in the lobby. Suite was very spacious and well appointed.

No complaints other than the decor in the suite was somewhat bland (a dark almost black bedspread & no art on the walls). There was however beautiful pieces of parota wood dining and shelves. Also no safe in the room.

Owner and staff were Very helpful to give suggestions of places of interests and making us feel comfortable. The installations are modern, great electrical outlet options in room, good plumbing and quality of materials. While the hotel is not very big, it is nicely decorated and I believe it is a great Value!.

Perhaps a factor that some folks need to know about, specially those with walking difficulties is the location requiring to use taxi service or longer walks near the beach. This area is being developed but the hotel's location is close to mid-point between Zicatela Point ant the people's town.
