The Staff, very hard work and kind people thank you: Regina and all the front desk ladies , Brandon, Eduardo, David, Juan, Muhammat and our superstar Martina. the entire security team and not to forget Rocky and Tyson (VIP security team), the Yoga instructor, you guys make our vacation an unforgettable one.

Quiet place with amazing beach views and sundowners. The staff is incomparably polite, likeable and take care of you all the time. Every night a band plays and it is wonderful to have dinner at the beach. The food quality is very good as well. Very good breakfast. Yoga and meditation are a must. Marta is an excellent yogi with a lot of experience and peaceful energy. It was a delight to start and end the day with her. How the staff and hotel manager reacted whenever we had something to address and tried to make our stay as wonderful as announced.

There is no lounge area with air conditioning. There are no full toilets with shower at the pool. There is one small toilet that might be busy sometimes. The umbrellas are heavy and not flexible to guarantee shadow at any time. Charging tip on every bill - even on the breakfast that is included in the price (they charge 15% of the value of your breakfast - even if the breakfast itself isn’t charged).

The hotel is great. Really comfy! I enjoyed the morning yoga, evening meditation and nighttime live music. The staff are all super friendly too. The food was great. I basically didn't leave!

Wasnt great to hear the owners in the breakfast room taking loud work zoom calls without headphones. discussing in detail the cost charged to clients for weddings. Breakfast is supposed to be a calming, quiet time and this went totally against the vibe. Would be better to work in an office or after breakfast has finished for calls.

loved that it was a small hotel, so you could get to know the staff and other guests. no kids is also wonderful :) the food was very good, and happy hour drinks made it affordable enough to have some fun. a magical place with beautiful wild seascape. the new musical acts every night also made it entertaining until bedtime.

sometimes it felt like they were pushing services and taking a hefty cut. I understand that it’s a business, but the margins felt high. 700 peso for airport transfer, when a taxi is around 200..We booked the same fishing trip as other guests for 25% less by booking direct.

Amazing way to end our trip to Mexico. Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting along the beach. Feels very boutique like, not too many rooms. You get to know the staff by name and they are all super friendly and helpful. Our room was fabulous with amazing views of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious as were the lunch options and cocktails. This hotel has only been operating for just over a year so we were impressed with how well it is managed. They easily organised extras for us like horse riding along the beach. One of the few places we felt we would return to for a longer stay.

They have a few minor teething problems with speed of food orders and communication between staff but they try hard and always solve those minor issues.

Amazing all-inclusive resort that is on the beach. Photos and social media on instagram matches reality. If you're interested in a relaxing holiday with the option of having everything planned and available to you to be stress-free then I would definitely recommend. This place is quite expensive for an Australian and for Mexico however it is worth it if you want to treat yourself to something exclusive and very special. The accommodation pay for your transport from the airport (in our case the bus station) and greet you with fresh coconut water. There is a turn down service as well. The kitchen is open until very late and has lots of Mexican and international options. The food is expensive compared to local options but if you do not want to get a cab and venture out then it is very convenient and relaxing to eat on the beach, eat at the roof top restaurant with panoramic views of the ocean, eat by the pool or eat in your room. I will definitely save up and come back here one day. The accomodation also feels very exclusive with small number of rooms but lots of staff.

The beach front location was beautiful, it was a quieter beach which we enjoyed. The design of the room we stayed at was perfect, very clean and modern/boho design. All the staff were very nice & attentive to our needs. Great experience! The services offered at the property are great as well, we did the horseback riding on the beach and enjoyed it so much!

I did notice the breakfast service got a bit slow once there were more guests on property, but it was no biggy. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere & the staff were amazing all around.

great location, beautiful property / room / facilities, very good breakfast and cocktails, and morning yoga included! The men working at the beach bar were also fantastic.

Some of the women at the front of house weren’t very friendly or helpful.

Beautiful property with an excellent service team. Juan especially was memorable. the food was exceptional. It’s pricy but worth the stay. accessible by walk to both La Punta and Zicatela neighborhoods if you’re able to walk a stretch across the beach.

it was a bit far from everything. I didn’t realize it was Los Tamerados vs actual Zicatela neighborhood. it worked out fine but it would be a good idea to make a note for people booking. Also, tours are much more addressable if you book them off the hotel. the cab drivers got greedy and started to charge $300pesso from la Punta to the hotel so that is an issue when it was $80 or les if we departed from hotel (this happened 5-6 times). Do maybe a hotel shuttle service would be useful?

I can’t wait to go back to this hotel! Puerto Escondido is a paradise and we enjoyed it even more in this hotel. The staff is attentive and kind, most of the waiters and waitresses knew our names and they were always willing to make everything better for us. The rooms, the facilities and the food were incredible! We went to yoga classes in the morning and the afternoon, the teachers were always checking on us and at the end they gave us this delicious ginger shots. We also took massages and they were so relaxing!
