The Staff was exceptional, especially the manager. The view was spectacular and very relaxing. I can't forget the food was delicious. Oh and there's people on site to book wonderful excursions.

The water park wasn't open and we were there a week and never experienced it. That is why we chose the resort.

Hotel is much older than it looks from the pictures, looks like pictures made at least 15 years ago Safeguard near the pool constantly whistles making everyone nervous. Everyine looks one on another trying to understand whats wrong and who is guilty this time (luckily animation guys trying to overcome those incidents:-) The strongest minus is that there is no opportunity to pour some water /coffee/juicy by yourself in the restraunt so you need to wait (staff is constantly runing between the customers - but they dont have enough time so eberyone is waiting) . putting water and coffee jugs somewhere for selfservice could solve lot of troubles

It would take me four pages to leave a review on how I really feel about this hotel… We found it to be perfect. First, all rooms in this small and well organized resort are oceanfront and we had a bathtub, coffee maker, refrigerator, and really comfortable bed. It’s so hard to find a bathtub in Mexico! There was no line to check in at 3 PM, and the staff is very fast response, warm and welcoming, and helpful. I don’t think we ever had to wait more than three minutes for anything the entire week. Many thanks to Arturo, Martin, Christian, Marcos, Randy, Jose, Diego, Lucy, and everyone! We had SUCH a great week. And I cannot say enough good things about Pepe and the activities team... The morning activities at the pool are fun for adults and kids and very creative. The kitty Olympics at the water park where my daughters favorite thing along with the incredible nighttime shows. Where else can you see Phantom, cats, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Cirque du Soleil style, and 40 other really well done acts in one week :-) The day beds for $25 a day to get upgraded food and beverages by the marina are just divine. So is the spa… And it’s reasonably priced too. My daughter seemed happy with the hotdogs and stuff for kids but I enjoyed the Mexican food tremendously. The tamales and other dishes are authentic and very solid. If you want to eat bad American food, then just stay in America. At least that’s my opinion personally.;) Overall, I would rate is higher than the Oasis and other properties we’ve stayed at the same week the past six years in a row. It’s small enough and so well organized that you are immediately on vacation and don’t waste any time. Now, I do have a nine-year-old who enjoyed the waterpark and activities very much. But I had two days sitting on a perfect day bed with incredible service and three days a row in the spa, so mom was VERY happy too.

I absolutely love this place. I almost didn’t choose this place based off of some of the reviews but I’m so glad I did. The staff was awesome! I’ve been coming to Mexico for many years now and out of all the resorts that I have ever stayed in this one by far has the nicest, most helpful, most inviting staff I have ever met. Arturo especially went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay from beginning to end. We had a great view and even though the place is a bit older it’s still a very beautiful place.

The food was not great but it wasn’t just horrible.

The only thing I would have changed is a wider variety of food served as it seemed the same kind of food was served everyday

The service! Ana and the girls from housekeeping, the bartenders, the servers (AM staff is the best) The guys from the spa…Front desk, guest services…Israel(he was everywhere)the guy from the tours…everybody!!!! They go beyond service, they make you feel at home…if one day I’ll be back is because of them! Thank you guys! I really appreciate everything! 💕

I will recommend Hair conditioner in the room, not a big problem…just a suggestion 🥰
