The suite with 2 beds and private pool was perfect for my friend and I. Large and very spacious, we felt free and not cramped. The private pool was on the duplex style roof top of the bedroom and the views offered were just stunning. There was a kitchenette with stocked fridge full of drinks and snacks. Also room service is available until late at night with a full menu. Breakfast was also nice with a decent variety which you could pay to add onto your continental which comes included. Majority of staff strived to go above and beyond in order to help us, even with the language barrier. Facilities are overall great. The hot tub by the infinity pool was amazing, we lounged there for over an hours. There is a beautiful spa onsite but the therapist was unavailable last minute so we did not get to redeem our complimentary massages. The bar is also really nice with a variety of drinks on offer.

The check in process was the worst I've ever experienced. The lady was extremely slow and had very poor customer relations management skills. There were 3 customer groups with different priorities and she really struggled to balance it all. Luckily, this poor check in experience was not a reflection of the hotel or staff quality as once we had gotten past check in, we saw that everything was close to perfect. Depending on the nature of your trip, you may also not fancy being 30mins away from central location. This hotel is much closer to the aiport (20mins away) and is on a motorway so you will hear sound of vehicles, ambulances, police from early in the morning. Also there is a very for motorists directly into your balcony so not very private.

This boutique hotel was a hidden oasis! The surroundings, infinity pool, spa, and gym gave it a relaxing vibe. I used the gym twice (small but enough equipment) when I was there and was the only one. If I had more time, I would have liked to use the sauna. The restaurant, lounge chairs and infinity pool were relaxing and inviting. It's located in a small shopping center w/ an OXXO nearby for quick shopping items. The room was spacious, well-designed with a modern bathroom.

The location is not in the main area of town and it's difficult to find an Uber/ Cab. The receptionist said she'd call a cab for me; 45 mins later and the cab did not show up. I had to wait and order an Uber. They charged me extra for makeup/ tanning stains on the bedsheets :(

The rooms were large, spacious and confortable with everything you’d want for a one night stay. Fast internet and space to work.

The staff didn’t make us aware of extra charges such as requesting an additional coffee pod (we only had one in our room) and using the sauna (they let us use it and told us the cost afterwards which hadn’t been mentioned). We would have been happy to pay if the cost hadn’t been ‘hidden’ up front. The included breakfast is very basic.

I booked a room for my daughter because her flight was canceled. From the first second the staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful. They have helped with every little thing from booking her a taxi to the hotel up to making her feel safe. There no words to describe how thankful I’m for taking care of her and doing so with a big smile and a warm heart. Best choice we could’ve done. Bless you guys and thank you very much. Ola Orian

the drainage in the shower was a little show and they did not have a microwave. only thing I can say was wrong

We loved the private pool, it was definitely worth it! The view from our balcony was amazing and the happy hour drinks were a plus.

We didn’t like the amount of water that came out of the shower and leaked on to the bathroom floor. We also feel the hotel was a little understaffed and at times employees seemed overwhelmed.

Room was large and spacious for the price. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was also very comfy. We only stayed for one night to make it to the airport on time so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast. There’s a 7/11 and sushi bar right next door to the hotel.

Was not as close to the airport as I thought it would’ve been, around 20 mins by car. But that wasn’t too much of a problem. They also offer shuttle services to the airport . Shower tiles were covered in soap scum.

The room was huge, bed super big and comfortable, the hotel looks really nice as well

The staff weren’t great, not rude but just a bit useless. I asked the night before I was leaving for a taxi at a certain time and they confirmed this was booked but the next morning found it wasn’t booked and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it! luckily I still made my flight

I've stayed here three times this place is the best nd will continue to be my go to every time i come to or through Cancun!!

Great Staff, great rooms, great location.

Prices for food and so on, where to expensive. The rooms where to noisy. Connection to the city was difficult and expensive.
