That only certain members could use the beds at the beach. They try very hard to sell you on becoming a club member and when you say NO they can be a little harsh and rude. Only 4 restaurants and the Buffet area had the same food everyday For the price that we paid , we expected an ocean view unit but all we had was a garden/bushes view. Our room had a water leaking issue and I slipped a couple times, we had to use towels to try up the floor and to allow them to soak up rhe water. We had a total of 2 rooms because we were a party of two, one bedroom smelled good but my bedroom had a strong mold smell that gave me headaches every time i walked in the room.

location was perfect, from the beach to the mall accross the street to being 10 mins from the bars and clubs. I loved the ease of coming in and out of my room and to where we needed to go and it was great being right next to a Mayan Ruin. Felt really safe, and every staff was extremely nice. Loved having our own Terrace facing the beach and view of the Mayan Ruin, and we definitely took advantage of our large patio water tub!

Restaurants: service and decore was great, but the food was a little lacking in taste. I'm not a foodie, so I cant really say, but it just wasn't something I would come back for more. Limited sea food options. also lack of room service.

The resort is very nice. Our room was very clean and pleasant.

I didn’t like there was an issue about the air-conditioning. Our room was not cool. The temperature was hot at times because the air conditioning wasn’t functioning correctly. I had to call the property three times to come fix the air, plus it was leaking.

we absolutely loved the staff, the activities during the day and at night and the easy access to pools and beaches. the staff was so kind and easy to converse with. artemio, Marcos, Efrain, and Arturo were especially kind and made our stay very special. the upkeep of the facilities was noticeably well done!

Good offer overall, good pricing,, with kids club and pool, nice restaurants and good beach. Across the street from nice shopping grounds. Offered covid test for good price. Nice Mexican show.

Staff were not all very polite or knowledgeable. There is no bar menu (you have to search for qr code in elevator for it). Entertainment is not every evening. Covid testing very disorganised. No place to hang wet swimsuits. A/C in our room didn't work (but we didn't want to try and change rooms). Show area is around the side of the pool.

The location and amenities were great!

The reception staff could have aporoached a little bit better than it was. We were trying to get earlier check in since we were with two small kids but they did not help at all. We know that there are no guarantees for that but they could have helped. When we waited and came at 3 or 4 pm to them our room still was not ready and pf course after the couple od hours of waiting we were not very happy. After asking them why - they could not have Said anything and in the end they talked in spanish between themselves( I speak and understand spanish they did not know that) and very unoleasantly all of the sudden gave us another room. This is the only thing we did not like everything else was very good!

The property was very nice and the location was fantastic! Most of the staff was very friendly. When checking in you’ll receive a “welcome package”, this is a way to get you in front of a time share person. When booking there was an age typo, I tried to correct this through booking.com and didn’t have any success…we had to pay an additional $500USD at check in for our 9 year old. The kids club was not open due to Covid, though there are activities for the kiddos. Be sure to check the times of the restaurants, at certain time they didn’t allow children to dine, this was an inconvenience with the time change adjustment. Also, be sure to schedule your Covid test ASAP, they didn’t have appointments 72 hours before our flight departure so we had to pay to have it done off property, the doctor is not available to do the test at all on Saturday or Sunday.

The location! The beach was fantastic, the sand was the softest and finest ever, the water so clear! The on-site ruin made it a little more surreal. Most of the staff is fantastic, tip your servers and they will take extra good care of you. Also, there’s an amazing out door mall right across the street. They take many Covid-19 precautions, family felt safe.

All the staff is amazing 😍, everyone is really nice and you feel like you know them already. The restaurants Frida and El pescador are delicious. They have teamed days with different activities every day. In the night they have a taco truck that is delicious too. The room we had was the family room with their own small pool and is amazing, great for the price

The drinks are kinda watery, and the snack bar is not tasty. They have an app with the different activities but they changed it all the time and the app is not updated so we lost some of the activities. The locks in our room were tricky, after try and error you got it but first is kind of weird

Everything went well. Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool areas were great! My husband and I loved that we were so close to La Isla Mall it made everything really convenient.

It took too long for us to check in. We stood in twice because we were early but we stood there for over 45 minutes each time. Out toilet backed up and our room and the building smelled like sewage. I requested a bottle of champagne and fruit to be in our room upon arrival and we received a plate of chocolate covered strawberries.

-Helpful and friendly staff! -Most of the staff speaks good English -Super spacious room -The wardrobe! -Surf school on a beach 'belonging' to the hotel -Good location -AC sockets with USB, so we didn't need to use AC adapter to charge phones -Really good breakfast with variety of options -The hotel building looks more interesting than souranding ones -The hotel doesn't shade the beach in the afternoon -The mayan ruins, that could be entered directly from the hotel's area

-Not the hotel itself, but the water in front of the hotel has rather big waves and some sarazo, so when You want to swim in the sea, it's better to choose another beach -The cocktails happened to be disappointing -The food in the restaurants was nothing fancy -It was hard to get the beach towels before 11 a.m.
