Very nice room, big shower, bathroom, good facilities, nice decoration. Next to the shopping mall, easy to find food, nice neighbourhood

The first ay nobody came to clean the room, even after I gave tips to the cleaning ladies when they were cleaning other rooms; I also told someone to clean the room a few hours later, she confirmed, but even at 5pm still no cleaning. Very wired.

Very nice location, easy to reach downtown and shopping areas. A lot of restaurants around. Hotel has free of charge shuttle 3-4 times a day to a private beach club for everyone who wants it. Tours can be ordered within hotel too.

There is a few things: marina/pool side - a very loud and noisy music until late of the night. Sleeping comfort was disturbed every second night.. Beach club - almost no one speaks english, menu had to be scanned on mobile phone, but if your network is from abroad - not an easy task. Swimming in Ocean in private Beach club is very very limited, too shallow with sandy beach. Hotel is not listed by pickup location on Xcaret, use Grand Puerto Plaza.

The breakfast was just amazing! They offered mexican food but also european like eggs,bread and jam. The pancakes and waffles were also delicious! We had a room on the 11th floor and the view was amazing. The gym in the 12th floor has a great view and the equipement is very new and good quality. They also have more weight lifting stuff than cardio which is selten in hotel gyms... The hotel is close to a big mall were you can shop clothes, food and also go in different restaurants. Very nice The hotel takes care of your safety

The pool is rather small.

The room was really clean, which was one of my top priorities when booking hotels. The bed was comfortable. Items were delivered promptly to the room whenever we call the front desk. That's efficiency. The fact that a large mall is literally steps away was a plus, even though prices are not that cheap. Location is good, not too far from either downtown or the strip. We enjoyed the wonderful view of the marina.

The water was not hot enough in the shower. It would only run lukewarm. Since I am temperature sensitive, every night I felt like I would catch a cold taking a shower. Even the faucet at the sink ran hotter water than the shower. 3 of us were staying in the room, and every night we had to call to get extra towels. That should have been noted from day 1.

The hotel is on a Shopping area, there is enough option for lunch and diner and drinks, coffee stand and all the stores. In the hotel you find a great restaurant. the pool is great and the gym has brand new equipment

It´s not really a problem but the pool bar service ends at 11 Pm.

The breakfast was amazing

They charge you extra for cappuccino etc without informing you that its not part of the breakfast that was included.

It was a perfect stay - really nice location next to a mall and really nice restaurants. Also just a short journey to the beach. The breakfast was wonderful with lovely staff and the hotel was really clean and beautifully decorated - couldn't recommend it enough and will 100% be returning.

Originally booked a beach view room but was given the marina view room instead - can only assume they weren't available at the time of check in. Would have been nice if this was communicated but regardless, the view was lovely and the room was just as nice.

Everything was outstanding! Rooms are so modern and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Mall was attached to the hotel with plenty of stores and restaurants. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family!

I wish the pool/hot tub stayed opened later. 8pm is a little early...would suggest keeping it open at least until 10pm. Also airport shuttle service would be great...since it's about $35 usd both ways

Breakfast was excellent, not sure about tipping at breakfast. Hotel in a good position, loved that it wasn’t so big. Did not like the music in the bar area , to loud and not music you can relate to.

Condensation in the room made it very slippery. 12th floor balcony not undercover so the rain would come into the room. We had to keep the door closed.

The entire property looks stunning and is impeccably clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was heavenly. The restaurant is amazing as well and reasonably priced!

Only part that was minimally annoying was that the hotel bedsheets felt slightly damp to the touch. This could be due to it being more humid but possibly having dryer bedsheets would be ideal. Additionally, as a suggestion, having more hooks on the balcony (we had a Marina view) would be very useful to hang wet bathing suits out to dry.
