Very happy I chose this property. Firstly, communication with the host/hostess is excellent. Response time was very quick. This is a very large studio, fairly new with a beautiful large balcony overlooking the street. It is very secure, with codes for the building and the room. It has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen has the basic supplies for preparing small meals. Ample dishes and cutlery for two quests only. The room has two very large windows so tons of natural light. They also have full blinds for less light. The bathroom is large with a rain shower. Water temperature is great and fine pressure. The bed is VERY comfortable. There is lots of closet space, a safe, ironing board and iron. AC works really well and wifi when I was able to connect was excellent. I did notice bad reviews for wifi. Request help in getting the correct PW and you will be happy with the wifi. The rooftop pool area is just beautiful. Great pool, a few sun beds and space to BBQ and sit around. They also have a gym at the roof top. Extremely happy with my stay and would definitely return. The location of this place was excellent. one block from 5th Avenue, couple blocks from large supermarket and surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, bars and just 7-8 minutes walk to the beach.

I did like everything about this property but there were just a couple glitches. Firstly, they need to get the WIFI password figured out. Secondly, I did have problems getting into the room initially due to incorrect code. A few codes were provided to me before getting the correct code. Cleaning is suppose to be every third day. There is no tag for the door to request cleaning, so there needs to be a system as to when they will actually come clean the room. Couple wine glasses would be nice. The stove was a challenge. I had to google how to work it. Some instructions for the stove would help. This is not negativity but just suggestions. Those glitches were minor and corrected immediately by the host. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Lovely accommodations and I will return.

Large room and bed (wide but short, as usual in Mexico). Good shower and AC Quiet area just of 5th av, walking distance Checkin and out via whatsapp with door codes, quick responses. Small gym with 3 machines, quiet rooftop pool and bbq area. Big supermarket just a few blocks away

Slight noice from street traffic, as only single glass windows (normal in Mexico) Kitchen is perfect for making breakfast but not very well equipped for a complete dinner.

Safe, clean brand new apartment that gave a sense of home feeling with everything 10-15mins walk away and not in the busy tourist area

Despite being outside of the centre quite few times loud parties were happening at 3-5am so be prepared for that

Location was quiet but convenient. However, the taxis in this zone were not friendly and charged more than a block away. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and had all we needed for a short 2 night stay including solid internet & wifi. The rooftop and pool were surprisingly nice. It was definitely the standout feature of the Torre Diez. I'll consider booking again on future trips as the business matures.

The quality of the materials chosen to outfit the space was subpar - specifically sheets, mattress and particle board furniture. I don't expect them to last very long with regular use. The pre-arrival communication didn't arrive for me and they currently cannot process credit cards. I assume it is due to being a newly operating business.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly, the studio apartments are big, clean and have everything you need. The beach and the main street are a very short walk away. Wifi is fast aswell, great for people who need Internet for work related stuff. The price is very good for what you get. I would definitely return.

the location was 2 blocks from the Main Street ,4 blocks to the beach and within walking distance of everything you need . The staff was amazing and beyond helpful. The room was a home away from home we felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves . my favorite part was the rooftop pool. we cannot wait to come back and stay here
