The receptionist was helpful, rooms were clean.

We booked a hotel with a kitchenette and upon arrival we realized there was none in the room. The lady at the reception explained the type of room we booked didn’t come with one so we contacted Booking.com who realized it’s their mistake and contacted the property. We kept following up but the management of the property never replied to Booking.com and they couldn’t do any more as the payment was through the hotel. We still didn’t get any clarification let alone a refund, although we chose this hotel specifically so we have access to kitchen facilities.

The restaurant downstairs is convenient to eat at. They have breakfast and lunch and it is only about $10.00-$15.00 per meal with a couple Sprites or Diet Cokes. It has an elevator. They AC you can blast all day and night. The staff are very nice. There is always someone at the desk. They have black out curtains. It is close to everything. They clean every day

There is Zumba 7:30-8:30AM PST every other day at the park next to the hotel and seems almost impossible to not hear from any room you pick. The fridge only fits some soda cans so you have to eat out all the time. The wifi is horrible. I had to plug my ethernet cable in the router to run work programs ( and luckily the router was in my room!!)

Location and facilities

You have to pay in the hotel and they charge extra money as they use their own exchange rate. Surprise!

Clean room, very friendly staff, nice room and swimming pool, location. Close to the city centre.

Sometimes people on roof top were too loud and didn’t take care there are also other people trying to sleep.. There is also basketball court next to the hotel where there is super loud music almost every morning an hour and evening the same - dancing ladies. Which is positive, but still that loud music can be annoying for someone.

the reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. one lady even brought me to her beauty salon . it’s an excellent location and lots of cafes and healthy fruit shops nearby . walking distance to the beach.

the cleaning staff kind of forgot towels day by day and empty the bathroom bin . nothing to worry about .

Overall good stay, facilities are new and very clean. Pretty sure it's the best value for money in Playa. We had a room on the 5th floor so we had almost a private sun deck, which was amazing since our toddler could play around there. Great location, bit further away from all the tourist buzz. Nice restaurant below (not belonging to hotel). Clean and new. Just comfortable, not luxury.

The had some issues with the water supply, which was cut off during the day for a few hours. Was bit surprised there was no communication or apologies about it.

it is great value for the price, the rooms were clean , the staff were great, location was close to everything.

it can be a bit noisy, as you hear the people in the hallway as they come and go, and you hear the sounds of the city, it may be a concern for some , for me I wasn’t bothered

Bright spacious room with good sized window with clever blinds to maintain privacy since our room faced an inner well space within the building. Staff were very helpful and polite. WiFi is excellent throughout. TV worked with access to Netflix whuch was a bonus. Rooftop pool and lounge area is fabulous

Location may be an issue for some, but Playa is a big place so the beach, eateries etc. are all around you wherever you base yourself. The central area is a couple of km walk

Staff at the hotel was fantastic, Ana checked me in and offered to show me a few rooms to make sure I am satisfied with my room . My room had a great view of the city and roof top pool . Very clean rooms, great A/C, comfortable beds and tons of lights .

Restaurant is not offering the greatest breakfast, but overall it was an OK food. Often they would mess up my order or forgot to bring my toast . Coffee was not great as well . You have to remind them every single time that you are staying at the hotel and to apply 10% off. Credit Card machine is often down and that is disappointing as in 2022 people travel with CC and avoid bringing cash.

Pool in the rooftop, I stay in this hotel for more than 10 days and everything was good, reception staff was always really nice, and the hotel is very clean and modern, also...have hot water what is difficult find in Playa, is located close 5 avenue and just need some walk to be close everything, laundry, supermarket. For those are more into cenotes is a really good choice.
