The politeness from personnel is great. It is very clean and perfumed, airconditioning all over and in the corridor. We got upgraded rooms after discovering one small leakage from the shower box. Personnel is always ready to help, advise, and call an electrical buggy to bring you to another part of the resort and visit their beaches and swimming pool. The other Dukley part is a very expensive 5-star resort, but hotel guests can use the facilities of that very luxurious resort with a swimming pool at the top of the building (great view at Budva and Becici beach), saunas, and Escape beach. Parking is a huge problem in Budva, but Harmonia Hotel has a perfect solution. You can choose to park in the underground garage for 150 Euro per week or at the internal street free of charge (was busy but was always able to find a spot, no any issue). The breakfast buffet is very good. Greetings to the swimming pool - a great team. They are better than the Escape team (smaller beach). The chef cook is a master of cooking and I hardly remember eating better pizza and risotto. We did not visit the large Dukley resort beach as it requires a large consummation since not being guests of the 5-star resort but a visitor from the 4-star sister Harmonia Dukley. The position of the hotel is perfect, between Budva town and Becici large beach that offers many options, many great restaurants, beach bars, water sports, and sun beds (prices differ, do not go to the first you see). Everywhere are small shops and supermarkets. Large choice for everyone's pocket. You can eat for only 2-4 Euro hamburger-pljeskavica/cevapcici /giros/ burek and for 50 Euro (fancy fish restaurant - catch of the day).

For Hotel Harmonia : not serving Montenegro's top brand beer Niksicko Pivo and our room did not have a no balcony. Another complaint has nothing to do with Harmonia but the worst impression we got is about indecent taxi drivers. Some try to rip you off (15-25 Euro for 2-3 km, on taxi meters should be 3-4 Euro, so always ask before). This has been much better regulated in Herceg Novi. Budva and Becici are improving service each year, restaurants are full but waiters are more polite and faster than ever before. Only Budva authorities have to solve issues with indecent taxi drivers.

In general the hotel was good. We had good breakfast and the staff was very kind.

They don't have their own beach. You have to pay lots of money to stay at the pool and on the private beach. The price was higher than other hotels at this rating. We thought they would have more facilities.

Amazing hotel staff. Super helpful and friendly. Location is great and allows for easy access to tons of places around Budva and Becici. Be prepared to use the taxi or rent a car to enjoy the vacation to a full degree.

Dukley private beaches are ridiculously overpriced and Harmonia residents get frowned upon if shown up for a swim. Very annoying given how much you pay to stay. The food quality at Dukley is 2 times more expensive and 2 times worse than other restaurants.

This was our second visit to Harmonia by Duckley and this is a resort that stands out of any hotels in Budva Riviera by its location, quality and service. The supporting Team (reception, kitchen and cleaning) were outstanding. There were actually the same personnel as in our previous visit (everyone remembered us 😊). We were really treated like kings and for that I have to thank specifically Marko Stojanovic who was not only doing his duty but doing much more by helping with a lot of logistical issues that you are faced in a foreign country. So, if you want a quality hotel that stands out of the crowdy Budva, 5 min from the beach, with an excellent breakfast, super personnel, clean tightly rooms and super view of Budva Bay – you have got it all here!

Cozy hotel, very clean & good location, betwen Budva & Becici. Close to small pebble beaches. Good breakfast & polite restaurant staff.

You need to pay for everything extra, like: boat to Budva (even if there was a big sign "free taxi boat", this is not valid for Harmonia guests), Dukley beach access costs 150 euros/day, access to their pool also requires extra charge. There are 2 km to Budva old town & about a 40 min walk, not so much but you need to do this both go & return on a really busy alley along the beach. Small breakfast restaurant which sometimes is full. No balcony in the room nor hangers to dry your wet towels & swim suits after a day at the sea.

Definitely liked breakfast, cleaning and staff on the reception. Dusan and other guys consulted us many times on different questions. Cleaning was ideal.

The size of the room doesn’t match that you see on the photos. The room is very small - even without a chair. The view from the window is not to the country yard- but to the opposite wall of the hotel (5 meters). Also you should consider that you should go a lot of up and down every time you want to go out (Becici, old town, supermarket)

I like the view from our room. I like the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was good. Everywhere you look there was beauty. I like that it was near chabad.

I just thought that the seafront restaurant was expensive. There were better choices by the marina near the old town.

Breakfast was very good! Personal was very helpful and professional. The room was modern and very clean. But the view from the window was not so good, better to take sea view room.

There is no swimming pool and free beach for the guests where they can swim. You should pay big money if you want to use Dukley's beach. To swim you should go to Bechichi or to Budva beaches.

The breakfast was exceptional. The coffee machine alone was amazing. All of this was complemented by a wonderful service from the staff who were at our service non-stop. Highly recommended.

The only issue that we had in an otherwise amazing stay was the room AC that didn't go below 21 degrees and it would not go from a fan function to a cooling function.

As a tourist you are glad to get nice breakfast, probably the best we had travelling one month through Europe. Staff is always trying to make you feel comfortable, the place itself is very well distributed. Room is more than expected related to the price.

Its a bit too far from the old town, but again, they made a trial next to the Beach that conects everything.
