Everything was absolutely great. Reception staff (J?elena) always smiling back, responding with advice and recommendations. A bit few parking spaces, but don't treat it as a minus ... a nice guy who works there will take care of your car and park it in a safe way. Very tasty breakfasts, pleasant green patio, quiet rooms and a 5-minute walk to the old Budva.

Very clean, staff very welcoming and an exceptional breakfast. They have also parking places which for us was a must. It is a 10’ easy walk to the beach and 15’ to the old city. It’s an excellent choice for those vacationing in Budva and Montenegro.

A/C even at 16*C couldn’t cope with the heat.

I truly loved my stay at Hotel Vela. The staff is incredibly kind and makes sure that you are comfortable. The bed is really comfortable and there is a nice balcony. I got a free room upgrade which was amazing. Oh and breakfast is really good as well! Many thanks to this beautiful hotel.

My neighbours on the second night were really loud. but that is not something the hotel can really help, so its not really worth mentioning.

The hotel is exceptional. We lived on the ground floor in an apartment whose windows and doors overlook a beautiful garden with a lawn and olive and magnolia trees. The furniture in the rooms is modern, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The bathroom is large and nice and has a hair dryer. Everything is clean and tidy. For breakfast they served various tasty food. It was not far to the old town and the beach (I recommend Morgan). Not far from the hotel there is a restaurant Tiffani where you can eat tasty and cheap. We would like to thank the manager Slobodan for his care.

Clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful. Good communication. Modern hotel, quality decor. Good parking, lovely garden for coffee, good location, easy to find. Quiet area. Great breakfast. Room tidied and made up even as we had breakfast. Cool room - air con worked well. Big TV. All in all, outstanding.

Lots of building work going on around the hotel and in the town more generally. A bit surprised by the extent of the building works around Budva. We preferred to get out of the town to quieter areas but the hotel itself was in a quiet part of the town.

Great location. 10 minutes walking distance to the Old City and the beach. There are supermarkets, pastery and coffee shops, restaurants and a shopping center in a few minutes walking distance. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are new, modern and very clean. My room had a little balcony and was very cosy. The linens and the towels were very clean, smelling great, thus the bathroom always smelled very nice. I stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. Thank you.

Well designed room, comfortable beds, well located within a walking distance from Budva's old town. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Quite good breakfast offered at the hotel.

Curtains in the room are only partially blocking the light which impacts the sleep. The fire detector in the room keeps on blinking green light which becomes disturbing at night.

The hotel is in a convenient and not noisy location, one can walk to the busy seaside and the old city. The owner, Slobotan, was very polite, welcoming and accommodating, a big asset to the hotel, and all the personnel were smiling, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a tasty selection of a bit of everything. There were two water bottles in our fridge and a water fountain in the breakfast room. The rooms were well-sized and had good bedding. Good air-conditioning. All in all a pleasant stay.

Although other rooms we saw were very well sized, our room was quite small and would not have been convenient for many nights. We did not mind for one night though. Unfortunately the hotel is not in a very pretty area but the whole of Budva is quite chaotic and mostly unattractive, so that is no fault of the owner…

Location was close both to the bus station and city center. Hotel stuff were really helpful and nice! Breakfast was also great

If you are booking a room for 3 people, I would not recommend it, since rooms are not spacious and staying longer packed in one room could be really uncomfortable. There was no tea/coffee in the room, but I am sure they can provide if you ask for it. Other than that everything was fine.

Everything is especially perfect, Because of the Hotel Vela , I have great memories of my trip to Budva. Thank you very much for all the help from Hotel Vela, I really want to thank the friend who came to pick us up at the bus station, he is really a very, very nice person, I feel warmed up! Lastly, I would recommend Hotel Vela to my friends, it has a very beautiful view! It is also very convenient for travelling!

There's nothing to be unhappy about. Everything's wonderful.
