Excellent. Honestly, it was the best 4-star hotel I've stayed in. Every day starts with a delicious buffet-style breakfast in a wonderful surrounding with professional service. To our pleasant surprise, two times they managed the room service while we were having breakfast. The room's design was exceptional, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious as well as the balcony. The hotel's owner, Liliana, and the staff truly care about their guests. I cannot bring up a single negative point and I spent there seven days. Guys, book it, you will absolutely not regret it.

First of all, the hostess was super nice and took care of every little request, and even took care of lunch boxes for us because we left early in the morning and didn't have breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the beach on a street that doesn't face the main road so it's relatively quiet. The breakfast is excellent and there is private parking.

practically everything was excellent, from the moment of booking, the prompt answers from the host until leaving the hotel. Mrs. Liliana (the owner of the hotel), who waited for us and helped with the accommodation is very positive and with a pleasant smile told us about the hotel and the places to visit nearby. The hotel is new, well located, a few minutes' walk to the beach, the old town and cafes in the area. The room is very well planned with everything you need. We really enjoyed the trip to Montenegro and especially staying at hotel Villa Gracia and we will come back and recommend it to our friends with pleasure!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Budva with my family! The owner, Liliana, was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. The breakfast provided was top-notch and really started our days off on the right foot. Not to mention, the hotel’s location was ideal - being close to both the sea and Budva’s old town made exploring so convenient. The fact that it’s situated in a central area made it even more appealing. I appreciated the convenient parking arrangements as well. What truly stood out was how impeccably clean the hotel and the rooms were. Without a doubt, this ranks among the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Everything! This hotel is immaculate from the moment you walk in the doors. Liliana & her husband were such wonderful hosts, and really took the time to point out all the nearby things we could do. The room was clean to perfection, we originally had a room on the ground floor and asked to go up a few floors and Liliana kindly accommodated for us. Everytime we passed her in reception she was always so friendly and happy to help with any questions! The breakfast was great, lots of options and slight changes daily so there was a variety. The location is perfect to get to the old town & bus station, both roughly a 10 minute walk - I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who is visiting Montenegro.

We’ve stayed at Villa Gracia 5 days. Rooms are extremely clean and you can find everything you need. Location of the hotel is very good you can reach old town, super markets, bus stations and the beach by walking approximately 10 min. The hotel owner Liliana and her husband helped us for all of our needs. They are so friendly and kind. They gave us infirmation about public transportation and it was very convenient. Thanks to them we didn’t need to rent a car to go Kotor and Sveti Stefan ♥️ we’ve enjoyed every minute of our stay at Budva. Totally worth the price. Ps: breakfast was delicious :)

Very nice bathroom, very clean although the sofa and upholstery showed some signs of wear/stains from other hotel stayers that hadn’t been as tidy. Very friendly staff, cleaning/turnover service every day if you wanted it and a good do not disturb system for if you didn’t. A short walk to the beach and the old town and far enough away from any partying that you don’t hear it.

We’d chosen the property for it’s view of the mountains shown on the advert, there was only one view photo so we assumed that’s what we’d get but our view was of something very different. The property itself, its location and the hotelier was very nice and it sounded like the hotel was full which is why we didn’t raise it. I can see now that there are multiple view photos shown for our type of room now so this seems to have been rectified.

It was a very nice stay, the host was so pleasant, and everyone try to help us and make our journey comfortable. Thanks to the staff. The room was clean, cleaning was done every day, there was everything for breakfast, tasty, every morning homemade cakes, also fruits. Clean, nice, and positive. Thanks! Everything was perfect during our stay. Liliana and her family are very friendly and attentive people. She recommended us a great place for vegetarian food. The room was spacious and air-conditioned. WiFi worked well. The location is also good on a quiet street and a walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal and cake. I very highly recommend this place! Wish we had more days in Budva so we could stay longer.

Everything was perfect. Liliana, hotel’s owner, made us feel home. She was a nice and welcoming person and gave us all information we needed to our stay. Room is big, comfortable and ver cozy! Everything is very well decorated and clean. Breakfast was perfect, loved the pancakes. Hotel has elevator and it was very helpful with out heavy luggage. There is a parking inside the hotel with a 5 euro cost per day.
