Very friendly, location is breathtaking!!! Breakfast perfect. Dinner perfect. Big rooms, clean, pet-friendly.

For each room 2 sunbeds are included,... so we learned. We used 3 of them as our family consists of 3 people. This went well for 2 days. We heard people been sending away that were using them while not staying at the hotel. So it surprised us that on the last day, they wanted to sell sunbeds and asked us to give up 1 sunbed. We found this strange and not going together with the luxurious appearance of the hotel. My husband replied that we would pay for the extra sunbed and they moved on. In fairness it must be said that it was not on the bill. It was a strange experience (there were some beds not used at all!) on a further excellent stay.

Very comfortable, clean and stylish

Pay attention to sunbed availability. It is 2 per room max regardless how many beds you have in your room. We were a party of 4 in family room and we were told that there is max 2 sunbeds for us because we occupy one room. Fortunately there were not too many guests we were allowed to use 4 sun beds during our stay. But if we came in a more busy season, there was risk of running into a problem of sun bed availability. Better to confirm this with hotel during reservation and Booking.com is not providing this detail. The second point is to make sure you have sea view room, again this information is not available in Booking.com

The magnificent view of Bay of Kotor, private beach and dining terraces. Many thanks to Ms. Yana (waitress) for the great service during our breakfast and dinner. This makes our stay more enjoyable.

The air-conditioning to our room and common areas of the hotel are not working well which is very uncomfortable specially during the hot summer time, not only for the guest but also for the staff. We haven’t sleep well during our 2 days stay since the ac is automatically turning off and one time we got awake at 2am full of sweat…I reported this matter to the reception in several occasions but not resolved until we checked out. Aside from the above issue, everything goes well.

The room was spacious and we had a huge balcony with a sun bed. The room was modern and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (there was a stomach bug going around and the staff went out of their way to check in on us and also make food off the menu). The beach is a pebble beach with sufficient sun loungers and attentive staff serving the areas. You have to take a taxi to go to Kotor city as it’s too far to walk. Select the hotel incase you want to stay away from the choas of Kotor .

What a beautiful location next to the water with a beautiful terrace and private beach next to the hotel! What a friendly hospitality! What an amazing breakfast (with great a la carte options)! What really stood out was how friendly people were. We were sitting on the beach and without asking they gave us mattresses to lay on. We travelled with 2 little dogs and they got so much lovely attention. Everyone was very kind to us. Room very spacious with a big balcony, all very clean and with an amazing shower. Location is unique next to the water. We would come back :)

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Right next to the sea, with a beautiful veranda over the sea where you can have your lunch/ dinner or coffee. The employees are super nice and helpful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful. It was so good that we all had an amazing deep sleep (although I was sleeping at the sleep sofa). Try to get a room with a sea view if you can. Amazing view. We hope to come back soon, this time with a more extensive visit. Thanks!

My family (4 adults, 2 seniors, and 1 baby) stayed at the hotel and we absolutely loved the 4 days we spent there. We can't say enough about this little hidden gem. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the location was right on the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants (as well as <10 min drive to each of Perast and Kotor), the beach was clean and beautiful, and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend Casa de Mare over the hotels in Perast and Kotor, as those towns are very busy and the water isn't as clean for swimming. You will love your stay here.

The location is a dream. The entire Bay of Kotor is a delight, and this property has one of the best 'nature' views. the little beach is quite cute and easy with kids The rooms are big and clean with comfy beds, the breakfast, food and drinks are extensive and the staff is very nice.

The room rates are quite expensive for Montenegro. The quality is good but the room rates are high even by Nordic standards.. So expected a more expansive resort property but its a just a little square building The junior Suite rooms have no views, which is the only feature why you would come to this hotel. the room itself is great but no views! so make sure you get a water-facing room. we upgraded after first night.

Location was great, just a 10min ride to the old town. The hotel beach was amazing with crystal water for a great swim. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we would go for breakfast, by the time we were back in the room it would be clean already. And the food was really good.

Parking is limited. But staff are really helpful in sorting it out.
