The resort was exquisite. We went as a group as 7. The rooms are spacious, the waterpark is fabulous. There's an abundance of good food, drinks etc. Selma (nice lady in dining) and Sheriff, guest relations manager were absolutely fantastic. I had one of the best experiences ever. If you want to have an amazing time at dining, look out for Selma who we took a photo with. She will take care of you.

My neighbours were loud teenage boys; making noises at all hours of the night and early morning. I reported once and that was the last of the disturbance. The rooms aren't very lux. They are a little basic and not cleaned to high standards.

-front office / check in really poor -that there were big areas unused as these were extra paying - but the hotel was marketed as all inclusive ? areas that could be better used ie - an empty vip Lounge room could be transformed into a better and bigger games room for older kids with pool tables etc that you do not need to pay for - no ice cream included or any ice cream at the buffet for kids - evening prime time entertainment always dominated by a kids disco (too late) - more table tennis tables are needed - better use of gardens - shame not all pools heated in April -no shops or anywhere to walk too from hotel - outdoor screen always had football on - more films maybe at night ?

The hotel area is like an oasis - a lot of palms, flowers, olive trees, birds. The small swimming pool is heated in March as well as one of the pools in the aqua park. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The activities organized by the animation team were engaging and interesting. Each evening there was a different program. The staff was very friendly and always looking to satisfy our needs. The food was very delicious with a lot of options for each taste. It was variable and it did not feel repeatable for a week long stay. The hotel is also very kids friendly - good facilities for kids and specially tailored programs in the evening. There is an in-house excursion agency. We booked an excursion to Ouarzazate and it was wonderful. We got a minivan and a driver for just us two. Even though the hotel is a bit far from Marrakesh, there is a shuttle bus to the old city at convenient times in the morning and afternoon.

A small remark is that you need to pay in order to use the indoor pool (which is clearly stated in the offer, so we knew it beforehand). However, for an "all inclusive" offer it would be nice for the indoor pool to be included as well. Another small remark is towards the excursion agency - even though we got information from the driver on the way, we had to hire a separate tour guide at the two main sites that we visited - Ouarzazate and Aït Benhaddou. It would have been better if the tour guide was included.

The welcome of the staff the cleanliness of the establishment, the water park for everyone the rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable it is a very warm hotel well-stocked buffet free shuttle to the square a nice animation team and dynamic thanks to Sheriff Nawal momo Malak sana also the chef grandpa without forgetting the bar staff with Fouad restaurant with Yassine butler thank you to all of you we will come back inchallah

The hotel was very good and clean. Staff were really friendly. We visited when if was off-peak season and even then they had all the services running. Cleaning was done on daily basis as well as the entertainment activities were on point . Everything was well

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main city centre. The hotel offer free shuttle service at fixed times but the last collection time should be later then 8pm

Very friendly atmosphere all round ,animation team were very welcoming - special shout out to Issa … Rooms were very comfortable, AC etc was good, house keeping facilities were excellent. restaurant and bar staff very nice, in particular Hind from the restaurant/bar and Feisal from the Sun bar .. Evening entertainment was lively however could have been a bit more varied and more accommodating to the none french speakers .. eg - couldn’t understand the quiz Due to COVID all restaurants and entertainment finishes at 9pm Would highly recommend SPA facilities - ( additional charges applied off course )

Food was very good generally , however pretty much the same every day - needed to add some different menu items, possibly some burgers or BBQ on some of the days to make it less repetitive … As advise for other travellers no tea making facilities in the room . So bring a travel kettle if you drink English tea at random times . A few items were an additional charge for example no fully inclusive drinks and snacks in the Aqua park .. No mini bar in room unlike many other all inclusive resorts

Typical all-inclusive. Good facilities. Friendly staff, especially the animation crew. Food was better than expected and a good variety. Travelled in "winter" so heated pools/slides were limited - we knew ahead of time. Good family rooms and a nice place for kids overall.

Felt a bit overpriced. Far from city center. Which is fine for a getaway but not if you want to explore Marrakesh.

Animation staff were great with our little girl. Pool was very big. Lots of choices for meals at breakfast lunch and dinner. Room was very big and bed was huge.

WiFi was not good. Pool was very cold. Ice creams not included in the all inclusive - seems crazy when it's a family friendly hotel.

The pools are very good. Evening animation is good with international music and children's entertainment. SPA was amazing. Free children kids club was a bit cheap but largely compensated by efficient and careful staff. Large choice of activities proposed in extra, good quality and including transfer (even if more expensive than some other external providers, but again, it was good quality entertainment). The staff was in large number, they were nice and kind.

The room is a bit tiny for a family of 5. Equipment such as windows curtains or bathroom is cheap and not fully efficient. Long wait for check-in. Food is too much the same with not enough simple local vegetables such as melon, avocado, mango, real biologic tomatoes (awful greenhouse tomatoes in the buffet), rice was not good and couscous or tajine or merguez far away from Morroco standards. Only pizza, chips, bread and pancakes were really good among the large choice of a canteen kind buffet. The worst Experience was the first afternoon, the hotel staff was unable to provide pool towels. For a 5 stars hotel, not having towels to give to your customers was not understandable. Arcade / Games room was very poor and more than 2/3 of the games were broken.

Eden Andalou is one of the best options you could consider when coming to Marrakech with kids! A water park well planned for different age groups. A fantastic menu that is so wide ranging and diverse to fulfill the needs of even the fussiest eaters and not to mention the trustworthy and safe excursion booking service run by the hotel... All these put together we have had a fabulous time at Eden Andalou. Thank you!
