My stay at Riad Kenza was very good. Our host Ismail helped us in every detail possible and he guaranteed that everything was perfect. Even on days that we would leave before breakfast was served, he went the extra mile and prepared breakfast in advance only for us. The beds are very comfortable and the Riad is super new, so everything is brand new. The breakfast is very good as well and prepared fresh for you.

The location is absolutely the only negative factor. If you don't have a car, you'll need to rely on taxis to get around, what in Marrakesh as a tourist is not the easiest thing to do. Besides this, things can get noisy due to dogs on the street at night, but this is not he Riad's fault. In any case, I suggest you take some earplugs with you.

The Riad was very beautiful and in a quiet area next to a few restaurants and a supermarket. The riad itself was beautiful and very clean. We stayed here for 7 nights and it was very homely. The hosts Ahmed and Abdul are amazing people, they made our stay very heartwarming and comfortable, anything we needed or any questions we asked they sorted out for us straight away, they honestly made everything very easy and comfortable for us. They also walked us through the map of marrakesh and highlighted areas we should visit. I also asked them to organise some excursions, which made us a lot more stress free. I would 100% come back here even for a 3-4 day visit, I highly recommend this riad for its price, breakfast and hospitality of the staff. We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Kenza. Ahmed and all the staff ensured we always felt welcomed, and nothing was too much of a trouble. We were offered a beautiful maroccan tea and were given lots of useful (insider) tips for our stay and visit to Marrakesh. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was an ample space to relax. Lovely views of atlas mountains from the rooftop terrace. Both breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. Traditional home cooked tagines were our absolute favourites!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. The staff gave us great advice on the best places to visit in Marrakech, where to eat, and even tips on what to avoid to steer clear of scams. Their hospitality felt like a family approach, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a real highlight—rich, delicious, and clearly homemade, adding a special touch to our mornings. To top it off, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with wonderful service. We stayed at Riad Kenza in Dec 2024. The Riad is beautiful with large comfortable rooms. We absolutely loved the service by Ahmed and Ibrahim. On arrival Ahmed provided an intro to the city with maps and tips which were very helpful. The Riad is only 10 minutes from the main Medina, hence quiet and peaceful. It cost only $3-4 to get from the Riad to the Medina by taxi. There is a supermarket, a popular bakery and a cafe next door; it's just a 1-2 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay at the Riad. My daughter is gluten sensitivity and the hosts ordered special break from a famous gluten free bakery in town (Monquotedine) which was very thoughtful of them. We loved our stay at the Riad.

Our stay at Riad Kenza for a weekend getaway in Marrakesh was nothing short of exceptional. The facilities were both elegant and pristine, exceeding our expectations for comfort and style. Ahmed went above and beyond, introducing us to the city’s best attractions and restaurants while also giving us a detailed tour of the riad. His attentiveness throughout our stay truly made us feel at home. Ibrahim was equally helpful—approachable, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The staff’s dedication to hospitality was outstanding. The bedroom was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, a large bathroom stocked with toiletries, a robe, and more—everything was exactly as described. The air conditioning and heater worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the weather. Breakfast was a delightful Moroccan-style feast served in an elegant dining salon. It included omelets, pastries, pancakes, mint tea, and coffee, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The riad is conveniently located near a café and a small shop, making it easy to grab a coffee or pick up anything you might need during your stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool or jacuzzi due to the cold winter weather, but they appeared to be very clean and well-maintained. The staff ensured regular upkeep, performing maintenance every morning.

Excellent hotel, great service, extremely friendly, welcoming manager. He takes hospitality to another level! t's a bit outside off the city centre but they arrange a taxi for you to the Medina (4€). We liked that it's in a little quieter area and was also handy for getting a flight the next day. It has an nice roof terrace we're you can relax and the whole building was beautiful stylish. The room was big and well equipped, nice bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk to a small supermarket, a bakery and several small restaurants. The breakfast was stunning. They can also arrange all types of tours to other places like the desert. Would definitely recommend this place, it was excellent!

The property was fantastic it was so nice, from the breakfast to the evenings it was 10/10. Ahmed was amazing, he has been the best host that we have ever had from the first day he had given us a thorough explanation on Marrakech to even the little things about when we wanted teas and soap bars where we could get them from. I was fasting during this trip and he made it so accommodating and made the trip so peaceful and easy. May Allah reward him for all the genuine great work he is doing.

Nothing everything was amazing

This was a perfect location to enjoy Marrakesh. 6 minutes from the airport (plus free transport to-from the airport by their amazing driver!). It’s also just 7 minutes away from the Medina and they will also transport you there for $4 each way. They have a driver that can take you just about anywhere at any given time and wait for you with a sign at the airport. I also appreciated receiving their WhatsApp # since our flight arrived an hour late and I was able to communicate with them so their driver could wait for us. The Riad is traditional but also modern and very roomy and comfortable. It’s located in a wealthy part of town. It was very comforting to arrive there after spending a day in the hustle of the Medina. But our favorite was the amazing service received by Ahmed and Sheima at the reception. They were incredibly hospitable and truly went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and relaxing vacation. Anything we needed, they took care of! We truly appreciated Ahmed’s welcome (late at night) and his taking the time to explain how everything works in Marrakesh, the best places to go, the best place for currency exchange, etc., and drawing everything on the map for us. We felt like experts exploring the Medina with his advice! And Sheima’s incredible hospitality truly blew us away. She even helped us find an amazing tea pot after we suggested not being able to find a good one in the Medina. That same day we return to the Riad to find her with a box containing the most beautiful tea pot and gorgeous glasses. She knew we were leaving the next day at 2am and wanted to make sure we didn’t leave empty handed! If you want to have an easy, smooth and enjoyable vacation, You can’t go wrong with this Riad. There is also a higher end supermarket with a bakery and restaurant next door which we truly appreciated after our long day of adventure.
