Loved this place. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lovely private garden where we celebrated our daughter’s birthday. The breakfast had good selection. Part of the swimming pool was heated so the children used it happily. Beautiful place to walk around in the evening. The staff were very thoughtful and left a little present for my daughter which made her day even more special. Thank you for your lovely gesture.

The water park was closed when we visited as it was February. But the heated pool was great. Could have some outdoor entertainments for winter months as the weather is not too bad in Marrakesh. It reached 29 degrees which is great for outdoor activities.

This is an excellent location for the airport. We had a beautiful family room with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The fire in the room was beautiful and we were there for New Years Eve which was such a treat. Room service was brilliant and the staff were all friendly and helpful at every turn

There are some rough edges in the new pool that scratched the children's skin when they climbed over the barrier between the two parts- they probably weren't supposed to do this anyway. The shower was hard to turn off completely so the water dripped during the night. The whole place was absolutely spotless inside and out/ a dream resort

We are a family of four (children age 3&7) and we absolutely loved our stay at Oasis Lodges! The lodges themselves are very comfortable and having a little private garden was a huge bonus to us. There are 2 restaurants on site with one providing room service at no extra cost. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful! We went in February knowing that the water park will be closed so it didn’t bother us in the slightest. To us the main benefit of this property was the fantastic balance between comfort the property provides (and friendliness of staff) and the location (10 mins to the airport and 10 to town centre!). The nice bonus was the fireplace which we had lit every night. As we stayed there over Valentine’s day we were very touched to receive little Valentine’s day chocolates and a rose! We took advantage of the special menu prepared for the day and it was delicious. Our girls loved the extra attention they received and little roses they got.

Nothing! We had as much fun here as we had in many 5 star hotels we stayed in.

Lovely staff who really give great service. Clean rooms and very much privacy. The rooms are set up in little 'houses'. The garden/terrace of our room was just beautiful, we had a hammock and a table and comfortable garden set, we enjoyed the garden so much! The food was delicious and just 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Marrakesh centre. The waterpark next door is super fun but you don't hear it when in the hotel and the children loved it. Highly recommended!!

can-t think of anything but only the walk to one of the restaurants wasn't very well lit so it would be good to have some extra light there.

spacious lodges and beautiful garden. good facilities for family with kids. nice, that you can have a breakfast in the room.

There is only one restaurant in the hotel, the service in the restaurant was very poor, we had to wait from 40mins- 1 hour for the food, which is tough with the kids. Moreover the food wasn’t tasty at all. Club sandwich was done with fresh cream goat cheese. After visiting the restaurant twice the whole family fell sick. We once ordered a taxi and after waiting 40 minutes we found out that the request had not been followed up.

Very clean and amazing rooms. We were really happy with our room and the garden. the free entrance to Oasiris was great too. we had a great time here.

there was a breakfast service that it will be delivered in our room so we signed up for it. We didn’t get any breakfast in our room for 2 days while we told the receptionist and signed up for it the right way. pretty bad breakfastservice. and almost everything was written in French which is hard for us since we only speak English.

The room was so spacious and brilliant for a family. It was great to have a garden and the outside space was lovely. The water park had just opened so it was really quiet, which was great. The breakfast was really good and all the staff were really friendly.

The sun beds by the pool were uncomfortable. It would be really nice if there was a pool within the hotel area rather than at the water park as then it would feel more like a boutique hotel. The decor is the lounge area is quite plain and could be designed more with some small additions like the woven rattan mirrors you see in the medina or some nice black and white photography.

The apartments were big and spacious and beds so comfortable. Lovely outdoor space for the children to run around in and the free access to the water park adjoining the complex was amazing. The complex is a short distance from the centre of Marrakesh and therefore peaceful and quiet but the free private taxi service that the hotel provided made it very easy to go in and out as we pleased each day and the taxi was always available. All staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't help enough.

A bit isolated which we didn't mind at all other than the one restaurant in the water park was closed for refurbishment for the first week and when it reopened it didnt cater for children, the only other option was the on site restaurant. The food was amazing but limited choice when you are there for two weeks and not any other restaurants (we found) in walking distance. A small shop in the complex would make a killing too! Luckily because the taxi was always on hand we could get taken to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good too but the same every day.

Oasis lodge really feels like an oasis. Just 10 minutes from the center of Marrakesh it is a real quiet get away. The rooms are huge and very private. Besides the action in the watermark next door there is also a huge private pool for hotelguests. And their service is outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here.

The lodges are very comfortable, nice gardens and very friendly people.

Sometimes there was some miscommunication as not all staff speaks English well enough. On the other hand i could also practice my French 😁
