The rooms were beautiful and the staff were really helpful and polite

We had a private pool it was great but we couldn’t use it as it was dirty. The dining area needs a good interior designer as it’s a little drab. The courtyard area needs a little more colour to make it vibrantly Moroccan. A good interior designer and garden designer could massively impact this hotel and take up to another level.

The architecture of this hotel is absolutely beautiful! The pool and surroundings, the grounds, the room, everything! On arrival they upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful large balcony and very large room and walk in shower. The staff were always so kind and helpful and smiley! They have a shuttle bus that goes to the Medina for 30 dirham each in the day or 50 at night which was so good! Just book it half an hour before you want to leave. The food at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner was just brilliant! I took my partner here for her 30th and booked 4 excursions during our stay and had a chilled day around the pool too! A lovely experience visiting Marrakesh and would definitely come back again! Honestly don’t have a bad word to say and could write so much more!

Wonderful pool which was gently heated. It was a great place for R&R after the craziness of the Medina. They were very helpful with booking grande taxis to the station, airport, etc, and also shuttles to the Medina (15-20 mins). Other properties charge more than they should, so I thought it was very honest. Drinks were reasonable for Marrakech. It was lovely to be serenaded by birdsong. We did have a problem with our bed, but if you tell them they will sort everything out with no problems. There are reasonably priced lunch options at the pool bar.

There was a lot of rubbish in the old olive grove between the hotel and the road. This really detracted from an otherwise really peaceful location with lots of birdsong. There weren't many choices for dinner at the restaurant and everything closes at 9pm, but I recommend the Couscous Royale.

The design of the complex is absolutely stunning. It feels very safe to walk around. I went with two kids and they loved walking in the hotel grounds. The cleaning staff and workers were very helpfull and they responded to all of my queries and needs. The hotel is a bit far out from the centre however the hotel service provides a great drop off taxi service.

-I went in december and the swimming pool was too cold to swim inside even though it was 19 degrees during the day. Pool heating would definately be needed. -adding kettles in the rooms with tea cups would add a nice touch.

Buffet Breakfast is good and will blend to any cultures, they cooked well,super the best and price is not expensive. We will be back in the future amd stay in La Maison Des Oliviers,not far away in airport,shopping mall and center of old City and New City.Very friendly and accomodating staff. Polite and concern will address rigth away.The all area is clean and a premium stay. Hamman is best service to relax.

Maybe if the pool has a heater then we can enjoy swimming..not luckily that the temperature is cold that time.

Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, the gardens and the pool very nice. Great staff and helpful receptionist, he was very kind and helpful we were upgraded to better room with it own garden. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. we had breakfast, the food was good, freshly prepared, and tasty. The room itself was large and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room

Staff not always attentive and thorough. I couldn’t believe I reserved massage 3 weeks in advance for 03 May and each time Reception got it wrong and confirmed for 2nd May. I had to correct more than three times. On day of arrival, 2 May, I decided to check with wellness centre & was informed I was booked for 02 May. What a disaster! Extremely highly priced food and drinks. Dinner menu very limited. Breakfast was not according to the standard I expected of such a Riad, very disappointing! Grounds for relaxation can do with umbrellas / parasols , and more benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. For such big rooms, why not locate sink in the shower area rather than outside?

The pool, restaurant and spa were excellent. The hotel is huge and we had an amazing view from our balcony. We had a free room upgrade and staff are super friendly and helpful. I really didn't want to leave, it was super relaxing!!!

I would have given it 10 out of 10 however the final night we were awoken at 3:30am with a porter banging/shouting at our door about a taxi. There was some mix up and I found it difficult to go back to sleep afterwards...not the best start when you are travelling home the next day.

the pools, the room, staff and atmosphere is absolutely great! Location wise is outside the city, but that's what we were looking for. Also the transfer service works perfectly. expectations met!

cleanliness of the facilities is not fantastic. A bit more attention to the food, specially for breakfast would be appreciated. Maybe just covering the jams and food with a cover would avoid the wasp interaction.

The room we booked was absolutely huge. Far bigger than we expected for a standard double, which was a great surprise. Good water pressure in the shower and clean bathroom every day. The pool is close to the rooms and quiet. Lunch menu was good.

Nespresso machine at breakfast was terrible - also incredibly wasteful as each cup requires its own plastic pod. The coffee was very bad from the machine too. I think there would be much more success with filter coffee - less pollution and waste too!
