It's a cosy riad in the midst of the medina. In a quiet corner. The place is lovely and rooms are nice. Fareed and Maria were really helpful and friendly and made the stay comfortable. In the evenings it's so lovely to sit in the open courtyard.

The Riad is located in a quiet corner and the last stretch of walk is thru a quiet lane. Suggest to avoid walking alone late at night. Once at 8 pm , a few young boys stopped n asked for money. Since some residents were coming from a distance they walked away. Pls be careful. Rooms on 2nd floor n it's winding steps. If you have back problem pls take care. They do help carrying the bags.

It was my third time in Marrakesh and this Riad was the best of all three times for sure! The open and colorful courtyard is just amazing! It is really an oasis of peace. The host is very friendly and happy to help any time. The rooms are very clean and big. When coming back to Marrakesh, we are definitely staying here again!

Location, felt safe, clean, the host, terrace. The breakfast was also very, very nice! We didn't ask to have fresh orange juice, but it would have been amazing to have it offered. I'd come back again :) The tea offered upon arrival made this sejour great and i'd come back again just because of that :)

Although the room was clean and very nice, the rugs made the room look old and stuffy. The doors because they need to be accessed with keys, there is a lot of noise when people open the doors, so if you want to wake up late in the morning, it'll be difficult. For us, it was fine because we woke up early to go on tours, but if we wanted a place to rest and sleep in, this might not be the best place for that. The bed was EXTREMELY HARD. Hair dryer was very old.

This place is great. The road where you have to enter is a bit sketchy, but once you're in you will forget that quickly. If you want to experience the local culture a bit more, I would recommend to stay in a Rijad, and Dar Nejma is a really nice place. It is approximately 10 min walk to the main square from the Rijad. Staff is very friendly, and speak good English, they are happy to help with anything, for example arranging tours for you with transport from the Rijad. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed, everything was really clean. I highly recommend the place.

The riad is super ! The rooms are cosy, clean and there is an air conditioner to make is hotter or cold. The management and staff are great and very helpful. Maria and Fared made our stay fantastic, accommodating all our questions and needs. The location of the riad is around 10 mins walk from the main square. It is located in a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy some time away from the city noise. The property is accessible by car and taxi that can park right in front unlike many other riads located in the old town. Totally recommend.

A very friendly atmosphere in the riad. Coming from the noisy street, you enter a different world: it is calm and cool, the hectic life stays outside. The staff is very friendly, relaxed and well organized. You get all the support and answers to all questions. Important for business: the Wi-Fi is free and the bandwidth is sufficient for MS teams conferences. We had several and enjoyed a stable connection. The breakfast is very tasty and fresh.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Farid and Maria were always available to answer any questions and made our stay thoroughly memorable. The Riad is a haven of peace and tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The perfect location to enjoy exploring the city.

The courtyard was lovely - such a relaxing and quiet place to have breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean.

The shower pressure wasn't great and the temperature was either very hot or very cold!

Maria, the manager runs the riad extremely well. She and her staff provide excellent services, they are always attentive to all our needs.

All the activities that we signed up for did not pick us up at this location. We had to walk 12 minutes to the main square.

Delicious breakfast in lovely surroundings. Really helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Quiet oasis in the middle of the medina.

The shower is either boiling hot or cold. It also comes out in drops. Shower heads needs replacing.
