Riad Sin was one of our favorite Riad we visited during our stay in Marrakesh. The building itself is beautiful, the decoration, the garden, the rooms, and the rooftop terrace were all amazing! Everything was very clean and spotless. Our breakfast was delicious and we felt at home the whole time. We met a lot of welcoming and very friendly hosts on our travel through Morocco, but Younes was all above! He is such a great and kind young man, he did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay in the Riad. Our whole experience was exceptional, we highly recommend Riad Sin for everyone! What we didn't like? That we could not stay longer!:) Next time, inshaAllah

This riad is a calm oasis away from the busyness of Marrakech. It was the quietest and darkest hotel I've ever slept in which made for a wonderful night's sleep. The house buntings and the call to prayer are an amazing wake up call. Breakfast was lovely every morning- especially good if you have a sweet tooth. Younes is an excellent host who goes out of the way to make sure everything is just right.

It's down a dark street but many of the streets are like this in Marrakech and it felt very safe.

This was one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed at. Photos don't give justice to how beautiful the riad is, the design is just stunning and I loved admiring the little details. The room was huge, the bathroom was great and the plunge pool was the perfect temperature to cool down. It's only 5 rooms so you get a true boutique hotel experience. We felt so welcomed here! Younes took excellent care of us, made sure we had everything we needed always greeted us with a smile. Personally, we didn't have any problems finding the riad using Google maps. The location was perfect, a short walk to Bahia Palace and the square, but on a quiet street. We didn't need a taxi to get around the city at all.

My best friend and I stayed 10 nights in this beautiful riad and we absolutely loved it! Especially our host Younes took the best care of us and told us great stories and facts about Moroccan life and traditions. The riad/rooms are beautifully designed and have a great location, just 10 minutes away from the big square and many museums and markets. We would definitely come back:-)

Younes made our stay extra special :) Thank you for everything! The location of the Riad is perfect, you can walk anywhere. Also, it’s in a more quite place of the Medina, which helps with noise.

The mattress was really hard and pillows could be better. Also, the bathroom gets all wet when showering. I would say that for light sleepers, it might be better to bring some earplugs (both because of the other guests and also the prayers in the middle of the night).

What a beautiful Riad! We stayed for 3 nights and were delighted with our stay, so peaceful and quiet but only a 10 minute walk from the main square. The manager, Younes, is an absolute credit, he was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop was a lovely place to relax and there was a great breakfast included in the stay.

Exceptional hosting by Youness who was happy to arrange transfers and give lots of advise on where to go and how to do things. Youness also makes an exceptional mint tea which is not to be misssed! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated riad with good facilities and just a short walk from Djemma el fna. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The riad was a welcome calm retreat from the madness of the medina. We had dinner on arrival our first night which was very good - the lamb tagine with prunes and almonds was as good as any other we had in Marrakesh. Breakfast of assorted pancakes, breads, jams, fruit and yogurt with good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice was also very good.

It has been a magnificent experience, beautiful stay, comfortable room, every corner thought about making you feel at home. Thank you very much for this great place. We want to give special thanks to Younes, he made us feel safe, comfortable and we felt all the love and harmony. Super recommended and we are already looking for a date to return. The Riad is beautiful with very nice decoration both in the rooms and the common areas. It is very clean in a safe area off the busy streets. However the best part was the manager of the riad Younes. He is very well educated and very attentive. Willing to help you with everything and always there with a smile. Thank you Younes for making the experience so good.

Just such a beautiful place! The rooms are spacious and the whole interior is just beautiful. the pool is only very small but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. We had to leave very early because of our flight home but the staff was so gracious to set us up with an extra early breakfast on the rooftop and helped us organize a taxi for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious, staff outstanding, rooms some of the prettiest we’ve had on our journey and the location is also perfect in a rather quiet part of the Medina but very close to all the important places in the city.
