We spent three nights at Riad Livia and absolutely loved it. From start to finish the staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel at home. While located quite centrally, the Riad serves as a break from the chaos of the Medina. The rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and the rooftop is a great spot for the sunset. The breakfast was also 10/10. Yusef, Simon and Mohammad were all fantastic! Yusef even walked us to meet our taxi driver before heading to the airport. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The property was gorgeous! A calm sanctuary away from the busy and loud street of Marrakech. The staff was so welcoming and accomodating. It was a close walk to the main square and all the general tourist sites. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the terrrace was a nice place to relax after a busy day exploring.

This riad was spotlessly clean. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful, very friendly, very professional, and very accommodating! The housekeeping staff is to be commended for keeping the hotel very clean and the cook did a wonderful job with the delicious breakfast. Mohamed, Hafsa, Hafid, the wonderful cleaning lady, and the wonderful cook were all amazing!

The only thing I would recommend changing is putting brighter light bulbs inside the lamps, the rooms were quite dim. Which is very nice for a romantic ambience, but when trying to do your make up or get dressed, it made it a little difficult.

I had an incredible stay at Riad Livia, and the experience was beyond my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it easy to explore Marrakech. The staff were exceptional—super friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. Their breakfast was simply amazing, a perfect way to start the day. The riad itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and truly an oasis of peace in the heart of the city. The lovely terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. If I’m ever in Marrakech again, I’ll definitely return to Riad Livia. Highly recommended!

Nothing- all was perfect to me!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s incredible how it’s located in the middle of such a busy village and is so quiet and peaceful: the perfect escape from all the noise, with everything in walking distance. They really created a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely pretty, the terrace is great with a lovely sunbed. The staff is VERY nice. The breakfast very tasty. Would 100% recommend and come back here every time.

(Not the riad’s fault but just to warn you: parking is very nearby but DO NOT use Waze to guide you there because it will send you through the smallest streets which is impossible. Use google maps and then it’s very easy! There will be boys who tell you that the street or the parking is closed but just ignore them, parking is open until 00:00.)

You would struggle to find a better Riad in all of Marrakech! The attentiveness of the staff was amazing, felt like we were their personal guests and with only 5 rooms you feel as though you have your own home away from home. The interior design is very well done, feels very fancy and clean. What a fantastic oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below

I normally don't give a 10 but I really cannot think of anything that wasn't perfect in this riad. We had such a great stay and Hamid and Mohammed were like friends, the ambiance felt like home but better (😆), the food was great, everything was beautiful... superb experience overal! please take care of the baby bird in the lamb! We think it should come out by now :) many thanks for everything!

An exceptional Riad, location, facilities, staff surpassed our expectations.

Nothing.

The staff were incredible and really made the trip a 10/10. No request was too much for them and they always took the time out their day to have a conversation with you. They were really helpful and kind and from the minute we checked in they informed us of local sites to see and places of interest. We got to know Walid really well and enjoyed having a little chat with him after our evening adventure and always ended up laughing. The rooms were beautiful, incredibly clean and well maintained with fully working air conditioning. Nothing was out of place. We ate at the Riad for a couple of nights and the food was exceptional and we thought it was good value for money. The Riad was really peaceful and ideal for chilling by the little rooftop pool and reading a book.

The room bill had to be paid in cash, wasn’t a big problem but was a little inconvenient I thought the room could’ve done with a bin for empty water bottles etc although staff cleared the empty bottles themselves, it felt awkward having to leave them on the floor.
