There are not enough words to thank Houssainne for his nice welcoming and for making our first experience in Morocco, Marrakesh an amazing one. He was very kind and helpful, taking very good care of us: he arranged transfers from/to the airport, he showed us the surroundings, he printed off boarding passes for us as we didn’t know this was compulsory in Morocco, he arranged for us a folklore dinner & show. The riad is very beautiful, with his orange scent and proximity to main tourist sites (Jemaa el-Fnaa market, Bahia Palace, Secret Garden, the souk). There is also a very relaxing hammam. And also, special thanks to the always smiling and very very friendly staff (especially Youssef).

Good location - 10 mins walk to the main square . Nice breakfast- fresh bread and jam, coffee tea and orange juice and omelettes . The staff were extremely kind and helpful eg printed off boarding passes for us as we didn’t know this was compulsory in Morocco . Also organised a private trip to the mountains for us at a reasonable price. The property has its own little Hammam which was a nice relaxing experience. Would recommend it .

The road was in a great location about a 17 minute walk from the Jemaa-el-fna square, but very quiet. It was also easy to walk to a lot of other attractions. The room was comfortable and clean with a great, hot shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging transfers both from and to the airport for us. The included breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommended, I hope to return soon!

Nothing, everything was good.

Honestly I loved everything. The staff were absolutely amazing, the breakfast was excellent, the place was in the middle of the old city so you were immersed with the locals, the riad had a pool, and the unit was super clean. No complaints. I only wished there was a bidet available.

There was not a bidet or a container to use the toilet with.

I had an amazing trip in Marrakech largely due to the fantastic staff here. After 10 days, I can say they feel like family. They were all so friendly and kind that I felt very comfortable right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make my stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. The manager Hussein went out of his way daily to help me with anything I needed. Mohammed was also amazing and a lovely guy, in addition to the wonderful cleaner. I always came back to smiles, and it truly made my experience extra special. I can not recommend this place enough!

The hosts were fantastic the Riad is beautiful and we had a lovely breakfast every morning, the ability to have a hammam on site was great too and the ability to lounge on sun loungers on the roof. The rooms were spacious and cool even when it was hot during the day.

It would be a bit awkward to get find the property but luckily we were collected from the airport, still need to remember the route so you don’t end up getting slightly lost.

Excellent treatment by all staff. Hussein the Manager was very efficient and organized taxis, excursions, solved problems. Very calm atmosphere, lovely rooftop terrace for some sunning, peaceful reading areas on all floors. Good breakfast to set you up for the day.

Not the fault of the Riad just the neighborhood cockerel that was on LSD from 1.00 am to when it would be expected to arouse us from our slumber! Conversations can be heard because of the open structure of the Riad.Maybe a quiet time could be imposed.

All personnel, with special mention of Mohamed, very kind and service minded. Very quiet location, in the heart of Medina, a bit outside the main touristic areas. Excellent breakfast, very good food, simple and relaxing ambience, comfortable room. I had to anticipate my return for an emergency and staff has been very helpful. I can recommend it with no esitation and would certainly return.

WiFi could be better, but they're already working on that.

Absolutely gorgeous riad, large, elegant, clean, comfortable room. As was true everywhere we stayed, the hosts were incredibly kind and gracious.

About 10-min walk farther from the main square than another riad we stayed in, more in a residential neighborhood.

Great experience overall. Nice riad. In the medina area. Was a bit hard to find first time as booking.com had slightly different address. A bit stressful to go through such big crowds in Medina with big laggage and find it's not correct address. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Some of them don't speak good English but eventually you can understand. Breakfast is just ok.

Airconditionier was a bit loud
