Riad Dar Coram was a great stay in Marrakech. The staff were very helpful, arranging for a taxi pickup for us at the train station upon our arrival in Marrakech, and another taxi pickup to the airport when we were leaving Marrakech. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and quiet, and reflected the pictures shown online. The breakfast was good, and the staff were super accommodating, having it ready for us slightly early on our last day before we headed to the airport. This is random but my friend and I kept noting how much we loved the paint colour on the walls in the bathroom. There was also storage space in the room, if you were staying longer and wanted to unpack at all. And outlets close to the bed for charging your phone. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Marrakech!

An absolutely lovely Riad with the best staff. Ahmed really makes your stay incredible and is always there to help you. He went above and beyond throughout our entire trip and never hesitated to assist. The food is absolutely delicious, we kept booking dinner in the hotel as restaurants just couldn’t touch how incredible the food there was. The breakfast is also lovely and really fresh. The rooms are really nice and comfy, we had amazing sleeps with the blacked out shutters! The location is also only a 15 minute walk to the main square and in a nice area that is just a minute outside of the busy areas. We spent 7 days there and really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely go back if we return to Marrakech.
There isn’t a lot of soundproofing so we could hear everything happening on the roof/ in the courtyard at night. With quiet guests, it’s not an issue but when there are louder ones, you notice it. The wifi can be spotty when there are a lot of people in the Riad. It worked ok during the day but would get slow/ drop in the evening. Thankfully, there is good coverage though so you can always get a good connection.

The team is like a little family that you become a part of! The room we stayed in was perfect; clean, comfortable and quiet! The team were so happy to organise day trips and taxi's for us- the Riad has drivers which was really helpful that you could contact and know that you are were getting reliable service. The taxi service to and from the airport was also great. It was lovely enjoying home-made breakfast each morning on the rooftop, it was quiet and peaceful, and we relaxed on the rooftop often in the evenings. The perfect place to start and end each day in a busy city! The Riad was also very central, a short walk to the main square!
We found no negatives to this Riad- our stay was great! The Riad would be lovely for our next visit! We had issues with Morocco not accepting Scottish sterling notes (they only accept English sterling notes) but the Riad was so accommodating as we sorted out our own issues with paying!

The breakfast was delicious. We were offered fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, pastries and local breads each morning. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Ahmed, Abdou and the ladies literally could not have done more for us. They are such kind people. The rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable and there was ample space to unpack your suitcases and settle in. We stayed 4 nights.
We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing. The only improvement we offer would be a sign to remind other residents to be quiet during the hours of 10pm to 8pm. Doors and voices could be heard at times when residents were lacking consideration of others. Being a hot country, there are less soft furnishings like carpets and curtains to absorb sound. Its only a tiny negative but worthy of a mention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Marrakech, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. The standout aspect of our stay was the fantastic staff, who were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a stunning balcony terrace that was perfect for relaxing. The breakfasts were fantastic, offering a delightful start to each day. Additionally, our room was thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and very well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

1. Excellent patio and breakfast service 2. Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with the staff (Ahmad) - helping us to buy the simcard 3. 3. They help to arrange adhoc transport which we like book less than 1 hour with good price 4. They have provide the iron 5. Good layout and very peaceful. No noise. 6. Space is for 2 people which is enough
1.Probably location wise just a bit out of town. But to be fair very safe once u know the route 2. Please book the taxi for airport pick up from the riad. (We used the transport from booking.com which the driver not able to go to the riad as small route and left us in the other part of buiding. While as per riadh staff the driver can use other route to get into the riad)

I loved how well decorated (exactly as in the photos) it is and the staff, well, they are simply AMAZING! First of all, I had a friend with me, but because we had few things to do at the medina and she couldn’t go to her Hotel, they were so nice with her, allocating her luggage at their desk, their served us breakfast etc, they didn’t even change extra for that (my booking was only for myself!). Second, I had a Hot Air Ballon tour booked early in the morning and Ahmed went 5 am with me to my meeting point because it was dark. Thank you very much Ahmed, you’re the best! Their terrace is lovely, I was there many times working on my computer: it’s beautiful, peaceful (very quiet for the area) and cozy, they give us good tea, really loved that spot! Also a special thanks to the manager: Abdul, The kindest person ever! Helped me with my luggages, very helpful and attentive to details. I felt at home, no doubts one of the best Riads I stayed in Marrakech and when I’m back (hopefully very soon) I’ll stay there again!
Only a small detail, the room’s toilet could have more ventilation.

The hotel is very nice (great design), very comfortable beds, the lady was super nice and she cooks very good. Everything was easy: to book a transfer from the airport, every one was very helpful. Nice terrace and very good breakfast.
The area around the hotel is very poor and we didn't go out after dark. It is almost impossible to find the place for the first time - someone picked us up from the taxi. We had to go to the airport very early, at 3 am, I was giving back the keys in the lobby. There was a bit dark and I fell from one step I didn't see, I damaged my knees. There is no tape or any sign, other people fell there too. Very dangerous, it is around the tree in the main lobby/down stairs patio.

Our experience with the riad was really good, the staff is amazing and they made our stay very comfortable. The manager was very nice and helped us with a lot of information and everthing we needed. Breakfast was very good each morning (as a side note for other travellers - breakfast is not buffet but they bring it to you directly at the table). I would suggest to the owners to introduce in the breakfast also options like salads, vegetables and eggs. Breakfast was mostly sweet and i personally would have prefered to eat also some vegetables, even though the breakfast was indeed very good each morning. The room was exactly as the pictures and it was very clean, the only comment i would have here is that it was rather cold in the room and the AC didn't work for heating - but we expected this and we didn't say anything to the staff so that's on us. The location of the riad is in the outskirts of the medina but we actually loved it like that, even if you would need to walk a bit to the square, we realized that for us it was better this way. I would highly recommend this riad and we will probably come back next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in this riad! They made us feel at home! Our bed was super comfortable and there were two different pillows, some wood covers in the windows, a big bathroom, warm water and many shelves where we could leave our clothes. Bedrooms were cleaned and tidied up every day. We enjoyed breakfast time at the rooftop, which was delicious. We could choose between mint tea or coffee and food was done and served as soon as we arrived to the table: fruit, yoghurt, bread, cake and some special Moroccan dishes. Besides, we used to go up there at night, having a calm and quiet time away from the noisy and crowded main streets. Going to the main square takes less than 15 minutes walking, although in the first time it could be a bit challenging, soon you know how to get there and going to different places. The streets are safe and the neighbors are friendly, even the younger ones, who helped us a couple of times. Open your mind, feel safe and enjoy being in a different country. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the staff who work there. Hafid was always happy to help us or to have a nice conversation about his incredible country, with a smile on his face at all times. And even though we arrived from the airport to the riad quite late, Yassin was also happily there, to welcome us and to show on a map the best places, distances and costs of taxis, making nice jokes, while we were having a warm cup of tea. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, places and people like this improve the Moroccan experience to the top!
