This was our first time in Marrakesh and we loved it ! My self and my partner (young travellers) came and have nothing but high praises for all the staff at the Riad they were so lovely, attentive and kind. I would personally like to thank Rachid, Ayoub and the gentleman that worked the nights / served breakfast you all made Morocco an incredible experience for us. The Riad its self was exactly what we expected and better the rooms were clean and cleaned daily during our stay. The interior design was devine and its location in the heart of the Medina and near the main market square,it was the perfect location would highly recommend to any future travellers.

Wonderful! Warm, welcoming, friendly and kind reception, kitchen, cleaning and hammam staff. Felt like staying with family. Old-world charm, beautiful rooms, delightful roof terrace with plunge pools and plants. For people with mobility issues there are a lot of stairs, and it's a bit of a step to the centre. But so worth it for the culture and the experience. Other than that, perfect! Loved it! Highly recommended. Thank you Riad Moullaoud.

All good, can't fault it really, but maybe would have liked a little more fruit and less carbs for breakfast. That's all. Otherwise just right.

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent staff, especially Rachid the receptionist and Mehdi the night porter. Both of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was a beautiful traditional Moroccan room. We had a lovely breakfast each morning that kept us full until the afternoon. We had dinner on one evening and it was delicious. Amazing views from the terrace of the whole medina. There are 2 small pools on the terrace that were clean and we felt comfortable to sunbathe and swim in them. We availed of the spa treatments and the lady was lovely. The riad is situated in an ideal spot in the medina, not too far from a taxi rank and approximately 10 minutes walk from the main square. Lots of lovely restaurants beside the riad. Overall an amazing experience.

The staff ❤️ such kind wonderful caring people who really looked after me. My stay started with a trip to the doctor which they helped me find. Then whilst I recovered I was so well looked after. It’s also a really beautiful Riad offering a calm and restorative place to rest after the hustle and bustle of the medina. Great location and easy to walk to most places. The rooftop pool is a lovely place to relax and cool down. The food served is great and they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements. Highly recommend a stay here ❤️

Room was exquisite, amazing detailed design, fantastic small pool on the roof terrace (others around the property too), great breakfast and dinner too. Location was spot on - taxis can get almost to the front door, you can walk everywhere - narrow streets are an amazing experience, don't use Google maps - you'll work it out! So much to see and do and eat Great massage too. Massive thank you to Rachid and Hicham - really looked after us, even when ther was a family emergency back at home. They even put the England game on the TV and brought complimentary tea. Amazing internal design. Remember this isn't a hotel so don't expect the same experience - this is the authentic option - always choose this and immerse yourself into the local culture over a boring hotel anyday. Extra recommendation - try a local guided food tour through trip advisor - removes a lot of preconceptions.

We had a really nice time in the Riad. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, great breakfast and nice hours at the small pools at the terrace. The Riad was very nice decorated and had a lot of beautiful sitting areas. The staff was super friendly and always there if we needed anything.

We had probably the darkest room located on the ground floor, next to the entrance. It was okay and cozy, but we could not open the window or curtains because there were people in front of the room, so there was no daylight. We still really enjoyed our stay. Most of the time were outside the room anyway.

I chose this riad between all of the 4 n 5 stars hotels and riads in Medina and Marrakesh, patiently, after comparing their facilities, locations n etc. The staff and location are great. The inside of the hotel is fabulous, brilliant, cosy and nice with 3 pools and 1 jacuzzi. Very close to everywhere. Various options for photography. On our arrival, the area around the hotel itself was a little unsafe for me, however, I found it safe and constable the next day. I'll choose it again in the future. Welcoming, helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Really good location on the outskirts of the medina - close enough to quickly get to the action, but easy to step away from the hustle and bustle and the roof terrace was a fantastic oasis of calm. Lovely, comfortable rooms, would definitely return to this riad.

Nothing really. Sweet and baked goods heavy breakfasts would be my only mild criticism but we took some fresh fruit one day to supplement and then the next day the waiter brought us some to add to the general offer 🙂

A beautiful place. The terrace was really big and plenty of places to sit. Pool and jacuzzi were very welcome when it is hot. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us move rooms. Spa facilities were easy to use and book.

We were put in a room with no window and it felt dark and was right in the lobby, but we asked to move to a room with a window and the staff helped us to do that. The breakfast is very sweet based (cakes, pancakes etc).
