The staff at Riad Azzouna were absolutely brilliant. Moha and Hisham were so friendly and welcoming. They treated us like family. We felt like we were in their home. The location of the Riad was perfect close to the main parts of the Marrakech Medina and yet beautifully peaceful up and quiet inside. It was like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The Riad was very clean and breakfast was perfect and d just right for the start of each day. An elegant and peaceful Riad which feels very authentic. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina, and is near to a taxi place. Our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable with ample storage for clothes, en-suite private bathroom (shower) and a view onto the courtyard. A delicious breakfast of typical Moroccan dishes was served daily in the outdoor lounges around the fountain. There is also a roof terrace with views of the Medina. The staff made our stay in Marrakech very enjoyable - great communication from the manager Moha helped ensure a smooth arrival to the Riad. The staff were all very welcoming, and a special shout out to Hicham for being such a charming host during our stay.

First of all, we want to thank our Hosts Moha and Jihane, the souls of this wonderful Riad for their hospitality and kindess. The support and service they made was exceptional,obliging and very helpful for our stay. The riad is tastefully decorated,the breakfast is very good and the terrace is wonderful to relax,to join sunrise and sunset. The riad is perfectly situated in the heart of the medina near to the main attractions like the markets in a very quiet neighbourhood. In sum: Perfect!

Such a beautiful quiet oasis so close to the city center. As a traveler with high standards and a love for boutique hotels, this set such a great example for a city hotel. The staff were so helpful both before arrival, during and after. Moha and Hisham in particular were available for our every need!! We loved our room, the rooftop, the lobby - with beautiful little details that made the stay that much better. Will 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the city

The check-in was seamless, and the riad's beauty and tranquility immediately impressed us. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The attentive staff, especially Hicham, were always ready to assist with any request, whether arranging a Medina tour or transport. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by the amazing kitchen staff, featuring freshly baked pastries, fruit, and traditional Moroccan dishes. The riad’s location was perfect for exploring Marrakech, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the souks. Despite its central location, the riad was peaceful and a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The Riad is an oasis within Marrakech. The property is close to the main attractions that can be found in Marrakech and everything is within walking distance. Moha and Hicham were fantastic hosts, giving us all the advice we needed to get the best out of the city and never making us feel uncomfortable. They helped us with our every request. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Riad Azzouna 13. It’s a beautiful riad that provides a peaceful retreat from the vibrant streets of Marrakesh. The second you step into the property, a beautiful sight accompanied with a magnificent smell create a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with traditional Moroccan tea and biscuits, a welcoming gesture that set the tone for my stay. This small but significant touch made me feel instantly at home and immersed in the local culture. The room I stayed in, Suite Manzeh Jouj, was stunning! Though it seemed too dark at first, when the sun is out, the light reflects through the walls of the riad and makes it bright enough. High ceilings, beautiful decor, the black and white aesthetic and golden bathroom — I loved! Very spacious and stylish. The continental breakfast included in the room rate was decent, but I feel like it was missing more fruits. Despite some minor flaws, the charm and beauty of Riad Azzouna 13, along with its location and serene ambiance, made my stay memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with a touch of luxury, this riad is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared for a little adventure finding it and a bit of a walk to get to the heart of the Medina.

There were some minor details that did not quite meet the four-star standard or the price paid. I noticed a few dirty carpets, worn-out furniture (which could add to the rustic feel, but still), and stains on the bathrobe. These small issues slightly lowered my overall satisfaction, as my expectations were a bit higher. One thing to note is that it’s very hidden and I had trouble finding the riad as there were no signs outside. It’s also quite a walk to get to the riad. While it seems to be in the Medina, it’s actually 10 min walk away from the central market area. This distance can be exhausting, especially if you’re carrying your luggage through the Medina traffic. On the positive side, this location offers a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

They were so kind and helpful to us and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Moha and Hisham who were extremely polite and helpful to us during our stay. Their customer service skills were exceptional and they welcomed us to Riad Azzouna 13 like we were their own family.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Azzouna. It’s such a beautiful property, impeccably designed. Moha and the team were really friendly and accommodating, service was excellent. Very good and substantial breakfast in the lovely courtyard, and we enjoyed the sunshine on the roof terrace. It’s just a few minutes walk from the souks, once you’ve done the walk through the winding streets once or twice, it’s easy. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Marrakech, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

A modern secret haven within the heart of the medina. A quiet place to stay just a stones throw from the souks. The room we had was beautifully decorated, a modern twist on traditional Riad style. The staff were very attentive and so helpful before and throughout our stay. Would come back .

Its not a very touristic area. You have to take a 5min walk to get to a road where cars/ taxis can pick you up/ drop you off.
