Found this little gem thanks to Lonely Planet guide and were very happy with our stay The Riad is more of a museum with lots of antique and interesting stuff (telephones, barber chairs, money collection, …) The great pluses of the Riad are: staff: we spent some time talking with Simo (super cool and smart guy!) and Laurent (the owner, very friendly and pleasant) and they were always ready to assist us and give good advices services: there is a small Hammam with massage services that you can ask for and believe me, it is really worth! location: close to Bahia/ Badia palaces, Saadian tombs and djema el fna (the main square) atmosphere: it’s very relaxing to stay in the Riad while drink tea and listening to music. You can always have a pleasing chat with someone there (staff, other guests) and really feel at home

The only thing is breakfast: honestly a little below our expectations, especially because you are not served tea in the Moroccan way :( other than that, fantastic stay!

Riad Noos Noos was an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. All of the staff were very friendly, we were made very welcome, especial thanks to Imad and Houcine for advise and information and Simo who always greets you with a smile. Fatima is an excellent chef, we enjoyed every meal, our cookery lesson and the delicious tajines. Dinner on the rooftop was a wonderful end to the day. The hamman was great, if you’re there for a week make sure to fit one in when you arrive and another before you leave. We have no hesitation in recommending Riad Noos Noos for a wonderful stay in Marrakech. The owner Laurent has done a fab job.

The property is located close to Place Mellah which is a handy pick up and drop off point for taxis to the nouvelle ville, and the medina is easily within walking reach. We were welcomed warmly in this nice and elegant riad by the impeccable Hussein, who helped us up to our room and was prodigous of tips on what to see and how to move around in Marrakech. Hussein and his colleagues have always been available during our stay for any request, from printing our boarding passes, arranging nice coffees and drinks on the terrace or setting up a lovely private dinner on our last evening. We had a room on the terrace which for us was ideal as it gave us enough privacy and direct access to the many seats and sunbeds on the well maintained terrace. The riad overall is very nicely decorated with lots of interesting objects and collections which give it a warm and cultured character. I can't recommend it enough.

Everything is perfect here, rooms, salon, terrace, Laurent and his staff etc. I would without any doubt recommend this riad to any friends visiting Marrakesh. Tried hammam and massage which is aldo comfy. A bit cold for us for the massage though-maybe remind the staff of putting the heaters on earlier on.

Brilliant roof terrace. Great staff who offered useful tips.

Access is via an alley. The area has unfortunately suffered earthquake damage. Some buildings are damaged badly close by.

Located in the heart of the medina, after the first two times it’s easy to remember how to get back. The riad has a lot of history and culture all around and on the walls which makes you want to learn more about the history of Marrakesh. The hospitality was great, and the staff (especially ousman) was very accommodating and made us feel like we was at home, he gave us a great start to our holiday with the break down of the city and recommended locations and how to navigate around the medina. Our room was cosy couldn’t complain to be honest. The food was delicious especially the beef tagine would definitely recommend people to stay for dinner!

The Riad is made to feel like a home. The library had a nice range of books to read; the hammam and massage was nice (additional cost); the dinner was excellent (additional cost); staff were very friendly and informative; moroccan mint tea at breakfast was probably the best we had on the whole trip.

We were in the rooftop where the toilet (mainly) and shower were only covered by plastic curtains rather than a door, so you've got to be comfortable with that! You can also get nicer hammam and massage at external spas for a better price.

This was probably one of the best places I stayed during an holiday. Laurent and his staff were very friendly and helpful. It's like coming to a friend's house, who welcomes you with a smile on his face. On the first day, Laurent came to pick us up in the plaza as it was very late night. The Riad is located in a less touristic street but don't frighten yourself, the "neighbours" are wonderful people. His staff were amazing too. From the breakfast staff to the night keeper, everyone was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious. They always bring you a glass of orange juice and some marrocan pancakes, that are just so good you could cry for more. The rooftop was another highlight of this Riad. Because it's just outside the madness of the city, when you go upstairs, it looks like you are in a bubble. You can relax there while you listen the city outside in the distance. We didn't had the opportunity to eat dinner there but we did the hammam bath and massage and I recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, quite simple but really good quality. All the staff at the Riad were really friendly, helpful and quiet. The location is fantastic in the heart of the Medina, very close to a square with good restaurants, about a 10 minute walk from the main square but it was nice to leave the bustle of the main square behind and return to our peaceful, clean, cool and calm home from home. Highly recommend for those that like the simple things in life rather than opulent 5 star large hotels.

Nothing could have been better, honestly we couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found Road Nous Nous. We were beautifully looked after.

This was our first time staying in a Riad and Noos Noos was an excellent choice. Beautiful and well maintained. The staff were professional and helpful. Very good air conditioning in the rooms- better than most places I’ve stayed.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room and the kitchen only opens after 7. For early risers this is a must. It’s right in the middle of the medina so we had to walk through a busy souk several times a day, which was unexpected. Having said that the riad itself is really quiet and peaceful.
