This Road is exceptional. Have stayed in Marrakesh few times and this best stay. Beautiful decor. Impeccably clean. Calm and relaxing atmosphere- perfect for relaxing. Facilities are what you expect from a high end Riad. Hanmam, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, small fitness suite, lovely roof top terrace with loungers, great to watch the sunset. Lived the massage we had 10/10. We had a suite with our jacuzzi which was lovely and private so could chill have a day in the hustle or long day up int he valleys. Room was again comfortable, very very clean and peaceful. Food was delicious in the one night we ate in, as so many places to choose from locally, ate in different restaurant every night. Main thing we like on top of all this was the staff. So amazing, polite, could not do enough for us. Always at hand to help us with drinks, show us where we needed to go. Well done to you all. Location is perfect. We were met by Mohammed on arrival and showed us the way to road, which was very easy to he honest. Riad close to lots of great food and drink places. About 10 mins walk to main square. 5 mins from Secret gardens, lovely cool alleys to get to the soul. Really was a joy walking around the area.

All was very good and what was there not to like. Only thing that we felt Could be better was the pool. We did not use it as although was heated, was very cold. However, can imagine in summer being a blessing.

Really fabulous simple yet beautiful and exquisite and well located Riad, very close to the Medina, with a local street with local comerce and really close to the Medina. Really confortable room and bed always very clean. Really good and generous breakfast with good proportions and with local products and fresh fruit and Orange Juice. All the staff was really kind and kind, always smilling and helpful, they really made as feel special. Special thanks to Adil, Jalil, Asma, Anas and everyone else who made out stay perfect. Sometimes the shower water would lose pressure.

The location is perfect for accessing the souks and the main square in Marrakech. But you need to take their advice and arrange for someone to meet your taxi and take you to their entrance. Once you are there it's a beautiful building, with stunning design features. An oasis of calm, yet just a few minutes walk from all the places of interest. The staff are very helpful and we recommend that you take the Hamman experience at least once during your stay. It's worth it. The breakfast is delicious and varies from day to day.

There was some confusion about how to pay for extras. They had suggested that we could pay by card but then had difficulty getting the machine to work, so we had to scrabble around for cash just before we departed. My advice is that the safe option is to assume that you will need to pay in cash.

I can highly recommend this place, the hotel staff is doing an excellent job to make you feel seen and comfortable. Everyone is smiling and always willing to help you. The rooms are clean and room service is taking care about your room everyday. The Riad is located very close to the centrum of the city with nice restaurants and shops/markets.

The only disadvantages is that each time you want to enter the Riad you need to call the reception in order to open the entrance doors for you. Also there is problem with water pressure which causes problems whilst showering. The running water is one time cold one time warm.

Excellent location. Absolutely loved the Riad, so beautiful, super clean and super peaceful. The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. A taxi was arranged for us from the airport and a few days later to the railway station. Help was arranged to bring our cases from the taxi to the Riad which is a little way into the souks. Staff were always really happy to help and just really lovely. The breakfast was perfect; just what was needed to set up the day. If we return to Marrakesh, we will definitely be returning to Riad Shamima Spa.

staff was very friendly, even made us a breakfast package when our tour started before breakfast time, the pool was „indoor“ therefore the only warm pool we encountered and could be used even in february, the bathroom was huuge, robes were provided,…

the room was a bit cold

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed also the meal on the first night, the breakfasts and the Hammam/massage. The manager gave us some good restaurant recommendations and even when we followed their advice and came back late at night it wasn't a problem at all. We would definitely recommend this Riad and as and when we return to the city it would be a no brainer for us to stay in the same place.

I highly recommend this Raid. The location was perfect, near the medina markets but on a quiet street. The space was beautiful and relaxing, the staff was extraordinary and was able to take care of our every need. It's really was incredible, I have never emerged from a hotel stay feeling so cared for. The spa was excellent and we took advantage of both the massage and the Hammam. I highly recommend both. The staff was very responsive after booking the stay and very helpful in setting up our transport to and from the airport. Hats off to this Raid, they nail it. It was such a wonderful base to explore Marrakesh.

Location in the old centre was close enough to the action but away from the noise. Getting to the hotel needs a guide, down an alley off an alley off a covered market with no vehicle access. They meet you and guide you. Outside it looks like nothing special but inside is amazing. Staff are super helpful.

Nothing. No card reader (this is normal) so bring cash for their recommended hole-in wall money-changer or find the Bank of Africa 5 mins walk south on Rue Fatima Zahra.

Asma welcomed us into a well designed Riad. She accommodated for my mother's mobility by changing their room to a ground floor room. And was very quick at responding to all our queries. Jalil the guardian of the riad was great help throughout our stay. His hospitality skills are immaculate, well mannered, professional and high class. He looked after us, answering all our questions and making our stay comfortable. Also was great coming back to our room each day for our room to be made up by Bushra. She was considerate of our things as she tidied and always left a cute little decorative towel suprise.

Riad sits more in the tourist trap area so you have to watch out for tourist prices. But you feel more safe as a result. Also a bit further by only 5 minutes walk to places of interest. Nothing major but in the heat just be prepared. Only recommendation would be to have a fridge in each room to keep your water cool.
