Absolutely amazing! Incredibly clean, very central in the city, and first of all one of the best staff I’ve ever seen! Chloe was supportive in every possible way, from reserving excursion, to reserving drivers, and organized everything for us! Ibtissam and Khalid are really wonderful people, always there for a chat about the day and paid all the possible attention in make us feel good! Even when we were leaving at 6AM they were preparing take-away breakfast without even asking! Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful place. Will for sure come back to Riad Ajmal if we will return to Marrakech and will definitely suggest this place to everyone who will ask me for a good Riad!

Unfortunately we were unlucky, due to huge rains before our arrival the swimming pool was very very cold :(

The location was great fir all of the sites I wanted to visit As I knew I wasn’t going to be in the riad much, I was happy with the level of amenities And Pleasantly surprised that they were able to organise a great hamman experience which meant I only had to step from my room The roof terrace was a lovely quiet place to read and take some dun

Nothing as they delivered at the level to which they are listed - a great 3 star and value gif money as I had a discount gif staying a werk - which was a nice surprise

Riad Ajmal was a calming oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle outdoors. We were greeted by Chloe who gave us info and answered any questions we had. The decor of the whole place was in keeping with the traditional Moroccan riad. Beautiful little pool at the front where we cooled down by dipping our feet into it after a hot and hard day full of shopping. The AC was perfect, beautiful little shower, and perfectly decorated room. We were in the room named Labiba. Breakfast was 5* for my family and me. Plenty of it, varied choice, fresh and absolutely delicious! Thank you to the guy with specs for making it, I forget his name! Overall, perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Sometimes the taxi drivers wouldn't know the location and had to ask other drivers. We would have to be dropped just outside the street/area and walk the rest of the way, which wasn't a problem once we had been there once or twice and only took a few minutes.

Riad Ajmal is located in a quiet area, a few minutes' walk from the shopping streets. All sights are within walking distance. In the courtyard of the Riad there is a small swimming pool with cold water, which is wonderfully refreshing in warm weather. There are also some tables and chairs under the orange trees. As far as I could see there is a room on the ground floor, four rooms on the first floor and another room on the roof terrace. There is no elevator. Our room was on the first floor. The room was large enough for the two of us. The bed slept wonderfully and everything else was clean and neat. Every room has it's own air-conditioner which you really need with the temperature of 30-35 degrees. In front of our room there was a table and chairs where our breakfast was served overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast was varied and excellent every time. You can also have lunch and/or dinner in the Riad. You need to make a reservation for this during breakfast because everything is cooked fresh, which takes quite some time in the Moroccan kitchen. The roof terrace is spacious with various seating and sun loungers. The view from the roof terrace is not special. The staff and owner were all very nice and helpful. There is a tip jar and we put a large tip in there because this Riad exceeded our expectations. I would strongly advice to make use of the airport service of the Riad as the taxi can't stop in front of the Riad. From the place where the taxi stops it's a 5 min walk through small streets. If you do not know where it is then you will not find it... If you make use of the airport service then someone of the staff is waiting for you to guide you to the Riad. Maybe it will cost you a few euros more but it's worth the money.

One *minor* thing is that the WiFi in the room is not always that good. On different places in the Riad you have to switch to another network. If it was my Riad then I would setup a mesh-network with an access point of every floor or maybe in every room. It would not cost much but you would have perfect WiFi everywhere without the need of switching network each time.

The riad is located in a great place, not too far from the old town but far enough to be quiet! Just less than 5mins of small streets to reach the riad, made it well connected and safe. The personnel were very kind and helpful, especially Khalid was always available for us. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere warm and cozy and the rooms very clean. We had additional dinner the 2st evening which was very delicious and also the transfer to the airport is a great service and the driver very kind and helpful!

Rooms are not very noise - proof and there's an opening on our bathroom's upper wall, which might be a bit uncomfortable depending on who you're traveling with.

Our stay at Riad Ajmal in Marrakech was delightful! Over two nights, we experienced genuine Moroccan hospitality in a charming setting. The Riad's traditional décor and modern comforts created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with helpful suggestions and arrangements for local activities. We enjoyed peaceful moments in the courtyard, away from the city's hustle and bustle. Riad Ajmal provided the ideal retreat for us to relax and explore Marrakech together. Highly recommended for couples seeking a lovely stay in this vibrant city!

Mohammed and Khaled were absolute legends in making us feel welcome in this riad and their presence definitely elevated our first experience in Morocco. Their service was top notch and they went above and beyond to making us feel comfortable, from running to the bus station to buy us tickets to another city to just overall being kind and engaging individuals we basically came back to after a tiring day exploring Marrakech. We basically woke up late for breakfast every day during our visit, but they still served and greeted us with a smile. The room itself was comfortable; my friend and I slept in separate beds and had no complaints. The room was made everyday and the AC was strong. I also especially loved the top level area with the sunbeds- it was a great way to enjoy the sun/catch the sunrise/chill out in the evening before going to sleep. Also, the shower gel and shampoos provided in the showers smelled divine!!

My friend wish he knew that the bathroom was not an enclosed room from the main area of the room, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Also, the massage I received at the riad was ok; I've definitely received much better massages back home. (however, I loved the hammam that was also provided in house!)

The staff were really lovely and we felt very safe. There is also a guard in the streets nearby keeping watch. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a rooftop and big varied breakfasts.

The wifi was quite unstable and didn’t work properly from our room or the rooftop (only downstairs).

I had a great stay at the Riad Ajmal. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. A special thank you to Khalid who helped me get taxis and plan my trip. I had a lot of travel issues with missing flights and flights being delayed, Khalid was very responsive and understanding. He was a great help in making sure I got to the riad safely and was very welcoming even at 1am. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and liked how helpful all the staff was. The breakfast was very fulling and even left you with a snack to take home. The rooms were cleaned often and well. This was a better stay than I thought it would be. Definitely a steal. If you are thinking about staying at the Riad Ajmal, you definitely should.

The only thing I wished the Riad Ajmal did differently was keep the fountain on in the common areas. I big reason travelers chose a riad is for the ambiance, and I wish I could have experienced that more.

The accomodation is located near a dead end (= quiet) street in the old town. We had a friendly welcome with Moroccan tea and homemade biscuits. The atmosphere of the Riad is calm and cosy, with beautiful orange trees in the inner yard. The bathroom/ shower was one of the best we've had during our trip, with a good shower and hot water. Also no troubles sleeping in our blacked out and reasonably quiet room. The fruit salad on the second day breakfast was much appreciated, as we were longing for a break from the same-style breakfast over the past few weeks.
