It was a great location. We parked at the mosque around the corner for two nights without worrying about our rental. The hotel is located right outside the Medina. Our room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel has a great bar to get a nightcap and also a restaurant but we didn't eat there (only there two nights). Would recommend staying here, the staff is great and extremely helpful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing I could think of would be getting the water temperature comfortable in the shower. We could get it at the right temperature but a few seconds later it would get extremely hot again and needed to be readjusted. But it wasn't an end all and can be overlooked for all the positives here.

Loved the staff! Every single one of them were so endearing and helpful. When we left, it was like leaving a new family behind. The proximity to visit everywhere we wanted was also excellent.

Maybe we should not have visited when it was 48⁰C but the staff helped us to be comfortable.

We liked everything. Exceptionally beautiful and with attention to every detail, both the general areas and the room. Good breakfast, small menu but very tasty plates in the restaurant for dinner, helpful staff, we also ordered hammam and it was good. And the location is unbeatable, just outside the medina in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the main square. And good air conditioning, which is important :)

All was fantastic. I would advise that if traveling with elderly or incapacitated people, this is probably not the best place as you have to go up narrow stairs (and there is no elevator) to get to for example the breakfast area.

Location is close to where you would want to be. Staff are friendly and helpful but don't always anticipate guest needs in advance. Our room was beautiful.

Breakfast could be better handled with a range of juices, cereals etc. Evening dining - it is/was cold in the restaurant and staff had to be asked to light gas fires and move closer to us.

Immaculate, I literally felt like royalty staying here. It was like I was in a dream. The most romantic place I’ve ever stayed, and it was our final riad stay of my trip. I loved the others I stayed in as well but this one may have been the best. The breakfast spot is beautiful as well and I would recommend. Fatima Zahara at the front desk is so sweet and the bellhop was extremely kind in hailing us a taxi. I wish this was my home!!!! I would be overjoyed to stay here again. Shukran bezeff!!

Hotel location was very good, just 5-10 min walking distance to old city. Staff was vey kind and helpfull. They tried to make the stay much better. The roof restaurant which is dedicated to the customers was also very good. we had chance to have tea or coffee while resting. Breakfast was good, we had all types of egg; fried, omlet etc.

There is no window opening outside in the room so it was always dark and not easy to get fress air. Not good if you plan to stay long time on the room but if you stay out all day, no big deal. Although mainly the cleaning was perfect, the carpet is not a good choice which is very difficult to clean.

It was very comfortable room. Very relaxing. All staff were wonderful. Good location. Great food. Terrace is Exotic feel and other worldly relaxing. They helped us with a guide and travel ideas for Morocco. They helped arrange taxi. They are terrific people and treated us like family.

- The room was beautiful! It was orange, turquoise and brass/gold in colour. They laid rose petals on the bed and the bathroom, which was a lovely touch. The WC was made of brass which gave a lovely gold appearance. Everything was majestic looking. - Looked and felt very authentic Moroccan. - Lovely perfumed smells in the hotel. - They welcomed us with a welcome tea, which we took at the rooftop terrace upstairs. It is also a skybar. We had drinks there and also breakfast. Mohammed made our cocktails at the skybar, which were delicious. There was also really good music playing. - Its only 10 mins walk to the Medina, Souks, Le Jardin Secret and several restaurants. They also arrange tours. We weren't there long enough to use it. - The staff were so friendly, helpful, smiling and hardworking. Special shout out to Mohammed, Fatima, another lady who was at the front desk during the day and also another two gentlemen who were helping with the suitcases and breakfast. I'm sorry I cant recall your names. They couldn't do enough for you. On our last day, our flight was at night. They allowed us to keep our suitcase with them while we were out. When we came back, we wanted to get changed and they offered our room again to freshen up. This was so kind of them. Thank you Fatima! We really appreciated this. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which was perfectly priced and didn't have to haggle for the price. We sincerely wish the staff and hotel all the best for the future! They deserve it!

I like everything, starting from the welcoming from the staff and the amazing decorated room. The staff are well trained and always keen to help. I keep coming back as I feel at home in this beautiful riad. Its indeed Wow ! They even surprised with a birthday cake in a a restaurant, I was really touched by this gesture. Thanks to all the personnels at Riad Wow.

Riad Wow has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Marrakech: a beautifully designed Riad, clean rooms, top service from the staff and very good food (here we would particularly like to mention Hassan in the restaurant with his delicious food and service and Fatima in the reception that helped us with different suggestions on what to do and see during our stay). It is also well situated, if you want to stay near the Medina, but not in it.
