I just want to say WOW first, a thank you to Narjis she was very welcoming, helpful, professional and accommodating, she presented herself well and was approachable. The guys by the door are ever so helpful and attentive. The breakfast team from the chefs to the waiters and hosts were very accommodating, polite and pleasant the breakfast selection was endless, great variety of proteins, carbs and fresh veggies and fruit options. The entertainment that was provided in the morning as well was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was a vibe an ideal way to get a bit of everything all at once great view, nice poolside food, excellent service from the guys by the pool. The extra touches such as the two room cleans a day, the guest relations check in calls every evening, the little turndown goodies went a long way and really made it that much special, and for the guest invite from Nobu for their anniversary was cherry on the top. Lastly the check in and check out was seamless.

Only suggestion would be the gym needs AC as it was rather difficult to train because it gets far too stuffy and hot.

The Nobu hotel is a beautiful space and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and a chilled atmosphere. The Nobu lounge is a perfect spot for an evening drink. The hotel has a fantastic spa area with a generous pool area, steam and sauna facilities.

The hotel has a great rooftop but be prepared for the noise levels. The roof is very lively from lunchtime and at night the music plays until around 1am and does reverberate through the hotel - we were on the third floor and ear plugs would have been helpful! Just something to be mindful of when booking.

I would like to really thank the two younger ladies who worked on concierge. They are total gems and deserve all the recognition they can get! Nobu exceeded my expectations on every level. I won’t stay anywhere else on future trips to Marrakesh and have already told all of my friends. What’s not to like about perfection! The beds were wonderful!

Exceptional service, we were offered a free upgrade upon arrival to a room like none other. Absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful. The rooftop pool was the primary reason for booking and it did not disappoint, we lounged and indulged all day and the food was top quality. The attentiveness of the staff is what sets this property above the rest from arrival to departure. The facilities were spotless and breakfast was delightful. We did not have time to use all the facilities as we adorned the views from the rooftop all day.

I cannot fault the property.

After staying 4 different Riats in different cities, Nobu was like heaven. What I saw is, Marocco's general Hygyene standarts are quite low. Therefore we decided to stay at an international and high quality hotel for our last evening in Morocco, although it was very expensive in Moroccon standarts. Very spacious room, with balcony, very clean, puffy pillows and snow white blankets. Nice bathroom with good amenities Very welcoming staff Good food at the Nobu restaurant Breakfast is in international standarts. Roof top bar is lovely at sunset we also used the indoor pool, which was very good.

Very expensive, both the room and the nobu restaurant. The prices are like in London, but in Morocco, I think it should be cheaper. The roof top pool is not actually for swimming but more to be seen and social media.

Beautiful hotel with top notch facilities. The rooftop bar and pool was the highlight of our stay !!! Great Breakfast and the deluxe Junior suite was very spacious and beautifully done.

The Deluxe Junior Suite allocated was at the far end of the 3rd floor. Currently construction work next door is going on. Had a very disturbed sleep due to truck movement and construction noise till very late hours. The hotel management was courteous enough to give us a complementary drop-off at check-out. Not a good value of money with noise issue.

Lovely rooms with nice touches such as the Morrocan sweet treats and lots of water. The gym was well equipped and the in room dining menu was delicious. I had a bit of a nightmare the day of travel and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Hasna, Jamal, Said and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the doormen, breakfast staff and cleaners. You get the sense that they are happy at work and they go out of their way to make the customers have a memorable stay.

Great location, easy to go into town by foot or a 5-10 min. taxi ride. Nobu clearly knows how to make a difference with its own hip chique style. The staff is friendly and ready to make your stay pleasant at all levels. The rooms are large and offer all facilities. There is a giant indoor pool & a spa. Have your sunset cocktail at the roof terrace where a DJ and outdoor pool (for hotel guests only) await you. Finally Nobu wouldn’t be Nobu without its Japanese restaurant which is - wherever you go in the world - always a real pleasure for foodies!

Lounge music is part of the Nobu experience. If you are sensitive for noice you might want to ask for a room at a higher floor.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was live music played by a local person with a traditional guitar. It was perfect - not too loud, not too quiet. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. Just outside the old city medina, so it was perfect to walk to the medina, but also enjoy the quietness of the new city.

I mean it's Nobu, but even from the rooms, I could hear the rooftop music and the dj playing. If somehow, the sound could be cut off better, it would have also been nice to enjoy some peace from our rooms.

The hotel is just amazing! The rooms we booked were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. Especially the lovely check in receptionist who looked after us and also the concierge who sorted out a trip for us what the girls and I just loved. The breakfast is just wonderful. So much choice.

The rooftop bar is amazing but agree with others, the service is super slow and they could smile more. They are busy but taking orders. They just ignore people. On the Thursday there was this young girl working and she worked hard and very friendly! But the pool, restaurant itself is amazing.
