Nobu Hotel Marrakech

Great location, easy to go into town by foot or a 5-10 min. taxi ride. Nobu clearly knows how to make a difference with its own hip chique style. The staff is friendly and ready to make your stay pleasant at all levels. The rooms are large and offer all facilities. There is a giant indoor pool & a spa. Have your sunset cocktail at the roof terrace where a DJ and outdoor pool (for hotel guests only) await you. Finally Nobu wouldn’t be Nobu without its Japanese restaurant which is - wherever you go in the world - always a real pleasure for foodies!

Lounge music is part of the Nobu experience. If you are sensitive for noice you might want to ask for a room at a higher floor.

The hotel is just amazing! The rooms we booked were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. Especially the lovely check in receptionist who looked after us and also the concierge who sorted out a trip for us what the girls and I just loved. The breakfast is just wonderful. So much choice.

The rooftop bar is amazing but agree with others, the service is super slow and they could smile more. They are busy but taking orders. They just ignore people. On the Thursday there was this young girl working and she worked hard and very friendly! But the pool, restaurant itself is amazing.

The rooms are of a 5* hotel quality; clean, large, beautiful with a very comfy bed. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a larger junior suite for free. The staff was super nice and friendly and always willing to help. Super location. The wifi was super fast. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The food and atmosphere at Nobu restaurant was very good. Spa and swimming pool were great. Overall, everyone was doing their best for us to have a 5* quality experience.

Breakfast was ok but not of a very high quality. The roof top bar was below expectations and the service was slow. The food was below expectations based on the name of the hotel (the food at the Nobu restaurant was very good but the food at the lobby and the roof top bar was below average). The music from the roof top was very loud (we assumed those staying at the third floor would not be very happy)

Amazing hotel with a perfect rooftop! All the staff was very friendly, they did everything to make our stay very comfortabel and always with a smile. Asma was so kind to facilitate our wishes. Marouane and Abdelwahed at the pool were very helpful and kind. The food was great (a bit pricy but delicious). Also the spa/hammam was amazing; Ghislaine gave me a very good massage and Rabab gave us a wonderful pedicure. Even the security (Badr) was the nicest and helped us every day out when leaving the hotel. A big thank you to everyone who made us feel like home ❤️

Nothing; defitnitely coming back!

We stayed at Nobu Marrakech on our final day and it was worth it! We used the spa facilities and enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The buffet breakfast was also nice. The location is situated with neighbouring resorts and 5* hotels so the shops / supermarket are a bit of a walk away and a drive away to the jemaa el-fna square. But other than that, it was a great stay, we wish we stayed longer to try out the gym and the roof top. The dinner at Nobu restaurant was really good, I definitely recommend staying here the night before a flight so you can finish off your trip to relax and pamper yourself.

Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists.

We are very disturbed by the outside noise in our room. Please make the room quiet.

It’s a fairly new property. So the hotel still looks new. The location is also pretty good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety.

The pillows were terrible. They also did not leave enough water each day. You had to ask for it. We stayed here when the earthquake happened and fortunately no one was injured. However, there was no emergency plan or protocol. The staff did not take charge and people just looked at each other with not knowing what to do. It is also fairly expensive.

This hotel was INCREDIBLE! There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was seamless and perfect. The staff was amazing, and the location was superb, the food was 10/10, the room was exceptional, the spa was spectacular. We will stay here every single time that we visit. I can not speak to how absolutely stunning everything was. We were gifted an upgrade to a suite, unexpectedly, on night number two, and wow, I was blown away. The rooftop patio and pool were gorgeous, and the food was on a different level. The Nobu restaurant was one of the best meals we had while in Marrakech. This hotel made our entire visit to Marrakech even better.

Being pressured by spa staff to leave a tip. Then being told it wasn’t enough and most guest leave 200 dirham - which equated to almost 40%! Music on the rooftop was also way to loud. luckily we were upgraded so couldn’t hear the music in our room.

The hotel was beautiful - we were made to feel so comfortable and were so looked after by staff who were incredible and so friendly. A special thank you to Kawtar the guest relations manager for being so hospitable and accommodating us for a beautiful room upgrade. Service is so key and the service here is just outstanding. Would highly recommend!
