Absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Imperial in Kathmandu! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Another highlight was the food - both delicious and with a wide variety. Plus, exchanging money at the hotel was a breeze, which can be a big plus while traveling. I highly recommend the Crowne Imperial for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Kathmandu.

The hotel is one of the best I've ever been to. The restaurant has a great view and I have to say that the food they prepared for dinner was definitely a 10/10, to my surprise. The breakfast is great, and having it served hot and freshly made definitely improved the taste. Last but not least the reception staff was fantastic as they helped me with plenty of non-accommodation-related tasks, thanks for making my stay great! (special thanks to Laxmi, Savita, and Sushma)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the buffet dinner I had. Hotel was clean, modern and rooms was same.

If you want to stay in the thick of things it’s a cab ride away - having said that the cabs are quickly and easily obtained using Pathao app and are very inexpensive and the upside of not being in Thamel is a lack of street noise.

The hotel is worth it. I don't give it 10 stars because in our first stay, some details were missing in the room (shower curtain. They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, improve wifi). Breakfast normal. The dinners were good. The restaurant staff is spectacular, I would like to remember the names of all of them in order to highlight them. The guys and girls are very friendly, helpful, cooperative, professional. I really have to highlight the excellent staff of the dining room. Excellent service.

KTM being a tourist destination , this hotel is little far from the attractions That was the only thing(location) i didn’t like about the hotel

Stayed here with my family. Booked 3 bedroom apartment. It was great. Property was immaculate and staff were simply amazing. Just a little away from city centre but other than that everything was great. Buffet breakfast was delicious, great variety. Special thanks to Shristhi for making our stay so comfortable.

This is a great hotel and I had a fantastic time staying here. The food was amazing and so was the room service. My room was incredibly spacious with awesome views. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would 100 percent come back and stay here again.

I am in general very fond of Kathmandu hotels. But this one exceeded all the expectations! I am back to Kathmandu after two years due to COVID and I did not have high expectations. But I was wrong! This is probably the best hotel in Kathmandu I have ever stayed! The staff are super helpful and always greeting you with smile. The rooms are specious and super clean. Probably there were very few guests in the hotel, so they did not have the buffet breakfast. But the menu they had and served for breakfast was adequate and delicious. They have an excellent gym. Definitely I am coming back to this place.

The location is a bit off from the tourist attractions. So better not to stay if you are here for budget tourism.

We stayed in apartment it was well managed . Very aesthetic building . Modern Hotel away from Thamel and city centre .

They need to increase the number staff some staffs are unresponsive which made our stay uncomfortable . Breakfast is just ok as per the property. Food is way more expensive ….

Breakfast was out of this world, really amazing, varieties were served and good taste. Staffs were kind and friendly. Sky view and city view both were awesome.

Location was a bit off for us. We had expected a good spacious garden which disappointed us.
