I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Jampa it is a quiet safe hotel considering it is in the heart of Thamel and is close to everything you need. The room was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast was fair and catered for a variety of tastes the fresh omelettes were particularly tasty and the coffee was some of the best I have ever tried. The food from the menu is also filling, tasty and reasonably priced. Airport pick up service was great after a long journey I was extremely grateful for that. All of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful they work hard and can't do enough to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay. A special mention goes to Satishra who always greeted me with a warm smile. The reception offers a currency exchange around the clock which is very handy and has the best rates in the area. I would highly recommend Hotel Jampa to anyone who is looking for a stay in Thamel.

The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was good. For the price, its excellent value.

Great location in the centre of Thamel, close to shops and restaurants. Great breakfast with lots of choice and superb omelettes. clean rooms with hot showers and quiet rooms available at the back of the hotel. Best of all, were the friendly, warm, welcoming staff who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe as a lone female traveller.

Huge and comfortable bed, clean bathroom with modern fittings and reliable hot water. Everything works. Great breakfast included with great coffee. By far the best place I've stayed at in Kathmandu and at $30/night it was pretty reasonable compared to many places I've stayed at.

Nothing. An excellent modern hotel with high standards. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Kathmandu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being located in the centre in Thamel I had no issues with noise from the bars or clubs as I have had at others in the centre.

Courtesy taxi from the airport was amazing and I was grateful for it as you are bombarded as soon as you walk out the airport. Location was very good, to just wonder and walk around the city which was great, lots of cafe, restaurants, museum of fine art, smaller galleries to drop into. Hotels breakfast and restaurant was very good, and had varied menu. AC came in very handy, firm mattress, very friendly, helpful staff - Thank you

The hotel is located in the Thamel district in the tourist center of the city. The room was very nice, spacious, equipped with everything you need. The bed was wide with a comfortable mattress. A bottle of water was provided each day. There was a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee which was also provided free of charge. The breakfasts were great and plentiful. It was possible to have lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was very good and at a good price. The hotel also provided me with a free transfer from the airport and there was also the possibility to use tourist services. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The sights are easily reachable on foot. The hotel staff was great. I was very satisfied during my entire stay here. I would love to come back again.

Staffs were amazing. Kind and courteous. Room were nice and comfortable and clean. As i arrived early,they allowed me to check in earlier. I actually came back again and rebook for another 2 nights at the same hotel at the end of my trip. Breakfast was good and variety. Menu were changed everyday. They also have the best coffee with the coffee machine. Currency exchange is also available at the hotel. Airport pick up or drop off was very convenient. Location is extremely strategic. Quite although located at heart of Thamel. walking distance to restaurants and attractions.good hotel for good price

This is a friendly, comfortable, and conveniently-located hotel offering wonderful services (info on excursions, travel arrangements, local tours, etc.). The breakfast is great, rooms are clean and nicely appointed, and the staff is so lovely and helpful in every way. Such a great location~ lots of little shops, restaurants, and spots nearby to enjoy a cup of chai. I will be staying for a third time this Fall.

Hotel Jampa is exceptionally clean, comfortable and has courteous staff. The service at this hotel is par excellence. This was my second stay at Hotel Jampa after June 2022. This time I didn’t search for any other hotel while planning my visit to Kathmandu, just checked the availability at Hotel Jampa for desired dates. The hotel is located in Thamel, the tourist hub. It’s in the middle of everything yet quiet at night. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and quality linen and equipped with modern amenities. Rooms on higher floors are accessible by elevator. The hotel room and bathroom are comfortable and pleasing. Above all, fulfilling buffet breakfast with variety to choose from that is changed daily. Property is well maintained and managed by professionals. Positive vibes, friendly staff, cleanliness and easy energy prevails at the property. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Jampa to anyone visiting Kathmandu.
